Joined REST API Feb 2022 batch, paid full amount 11800 rupees. It was weekend batch, At the time of joining itself I mentioned I will not be available in 2 weeks so I need recording on time. That testleaf incharge person also said we will provide on day itself. Even first week itself they provided session video on Wednesday only. On 2nd weekend Saturday video was also not uploaded on time (posted on Sunday afternoon). Since i am working not having enough time to spent 6 hours on watching recording. I got frustrated because of not getting videos on time. This continued on 3rd week session also post lunch of Sunday only Saturday video posted. I called that incharge person and told I don't want to continue anymore since ur not providing recordings ontime, she told now only this new environment is creating so that only like this. I told refund my money because no process followed
here. It's making me into frustration because the process followed here. They said no refund. Next batch started I will add you in upcoming batch. I was not agreed to tak next batch also and u need complete course within 6 months like. I planned to take this batch since have time to learn. I cant join in upcoming batch my work load will me more upcoming months. So again I asked for refund, but they were saying u have accepted our policy like. But not providing session video on time and video play issue is not my fault. I was so much frustrated because not providing session video ontime.Now they have removed my access to application also. with this kind of poor administration, facing issues one by one. I want refund. I want my money paid. I need justice. So that I raising this complaint.
