Joined REST API Feb 2022 batch, paid full amount 11800 rupees. It was weekend batch, At the time of joining itself I mentioned I will not be available in 2 weeks so I need recording on time. I have Planned to do Selenium course in Test Leaf (Feb-Weekend Batch). Test Leaf Team has asked me to pay Rs.2500/- for booking the slot and shared me the Account details. I have payed the amount and waited for the update regarding classes. After some days they have sent me a email of Non-refundable policy attached to it. I haven't signed the policy but only given confirmation to join the course.
Due to personal emergency i requested them to change my schedule to April(Next ) Batch. I have been added to April Batch and got confirmation mail too. Till last weekend of March'19 i didn't get any update regarding Fee Payment or Batch details.
So i called them to check the details and they informed me like the slots are already full. So i requested to refund, They said they cannot refund the amount. When i asked them the reason for not updating me batch details, in order to cover their mistake, they told like they can provide slot in May Batch.
I felt like my money is locked, i have to do course on compulsion. Because their policy says like i can take up the course within six months or i can change my course before class starts.
I waited for updates of May batch, But they didn't provide me any update. with this kind of poor administration why they are getting Rs2500/- non-refundable amount for a two months course. that too they are sending the policy after making payment. I Need justice. I want my money Back. Booking slot fee should be reduced to standard market price.
