Testoultra — amount of rs 10005/- deducted from my bank account but product not delivered

R/sir, i would like to invite your kind attention towards subject cited above and to say that i placed an order for testoultra on 7 december 2018 and an amount of rs 10005/- was deducted from my bank account. But the product has not been delivered to me so far. I requested to the company several times either to send product from indian base or to refund my amount but more than 3 months have past. Neither the product has been sent nor the amount have been refunded so far. Every time company sent due to heavy demand it will take some more time or it may be with post office. Thus they are misappropriating my money and befooling me. Now i want the refund of my money to my account. I read that by your sincere efforts one customer had got back his amount, so please be kind enough to help me in getting my money back to my bank account and oblige. Regards. [protected]@gmail.com
