Testoultra — no response after deducting my payment

I have booked the bottles and after making payment i didn't received any email or msg saying order confirmation and order number.. I just didn't like the system, and i think all the comments on website are fake. I just want my money back or send my bottles to me. At least after booking the payment screen should show us that your transaction is successful and these or that is your order number.
