I am a paid user of your platform, and I am writing to report a serious issue with the mock tests.
Whenever I attempt a full-length mock test, the test stops or glitches after completing one section. Because of this, I am unable to complete the full mock, which is affecting my preparation.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as changing browsers, using incognito mode, and checking my internet connection, but the issue still persists. I also attempted to contact your support team via phone, but I did not receive any response.
I request you to kindly look into this issue on priority and provide a resolution at the earliest. If the issue cannot be fixed promptly, I request either an extension of my subscription or a refund, as I am unable to use the service I have paid for.
