This company asked me to fill 1200 forms with 90% accuracy i did with 90% accuracy but now the correct forms also they are projecting as wrong forms i asked for the clarification, i asked to send their company pan number but no clarification still. They are sending legal notice and text messages demanding to pay 5000 rs. They didn't pay the money for my work. Why i need to pay for the fraud people. They are threatening me that they will file a complaint in the nashik court. This is completely unfair i worked for them and completed the job now they trying to enjoy my money. I want my money for my work

Don't encourage these fraud companies .They give you tasks which cannot be done and its wastes your time and they demand money if you are not done with your work ..even though if you are done with your work they will demand money by saying the data is not 90 percent accurate.

This Intimation letter informs you that TEXTRON IT SERVICES has field a case under the

SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT
1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed
then you have to pay the penalty amount or admin expenses charges for using free services.

SECTION 73. imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss.

SECTION 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken.

SECTION 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration of any damages which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

So as you are not full fill THE AGREEMENT RULE, So that The COMPANY has take the help of LEGAL PROCEEDS for his COMPENSATION. so pay the amount as per AGREEMENT as soon as possible to CLOSE YOUR FILE, IF the case being files against you then you have in big loss of money for the LEGAL PROCEDURE..
