This is a fraud company.they r using abusive words.all the people r fraud in that company.they r cheating the people and made them fearing about that legal notices and issues and asking to pay money otherwise.chii such a stupid people they r and does everything for d sake of money

Yah My self am Santhosh I got a call from it as like u guys...I completed 900 forms and tomorrow I had to submit to I started work from yesterday night and completed all forms successfully today morning
But I had checked my idea to submit my work suddenly my SUBMIT DATE CHANGED TO[protected] I shocked what to do now guys and it showing me I had completed 77 forms only

they do just like this only. he got master degree in fraud project Mr. Nitesh stop this or else i am coming to you very soon.

one of their one employee message in whatsapp and offered me a data entry job and registering in 300 rs in with my documents and they made a agreement on a non judicial stam of my name and second party and their own as second party then. They sent me user and they assigned me me 120 pages for data entry work for 12 days but when i check the paper i got scared that they are mentioning 10000 as penalty charge next of it i tried to call them and investigate about the matter, but they are imposing me that you have to do the work or have to pay 10000 rupees as penalty money then i seen and i releasing maybe it's a fraud company then.. I decided i'll quite the job and i'll write a latter of resigning job and mail it.. But company rplyed me and they said (Dear user, if you want to cancel your work then you have to pay cancellation amount. Of 10000 penalty) and (Dear user if you want to cancel your agreement then you need to pay penalty amount for that, otherwise company will handle it legal way as per the agreement.)

even I am facing the same problem. I have recorded each and every call of them. I have call records. they told me to maintain 90% accuracy, I have checked every form before submitting. The first record shows 2 mistakes in mine but the fact is it didn't have any error in it.

I am also trapped by this so called "Textron IT solutions" Nashik. They are telling they are calling from Nashik but Mobiles they are using ( [protected], [protected] ) are from HYDERABAD as per online mobile trackers.

They are asking me to pay 3400 +1500
They Messaged me login password and username on 10th June, but I never logged in. On 17th June they messaged me to submit my work on 20th I said them I've not logged in because of my health issues they asked me to pay 3400 I said I can't pay 3400 and I asked them I want 10 days to complete they said no we don't give you extra days and even they said you need to pay extension fees, I said no. I'll complete forms because, I can't afford 3400 now they are mailing me legal msgs to pay 3400 and today I got a msg from Advocate K.R mane that if you won't pay 3400 + loss of work 1500 you have to come Nashik Maharashtra for court to settlement of this work

Don't worry I also took data entry work and was facing same problem, consumer complaints solved it if you have their email just email them.

To all members IAM also trapped with this Textron it services company they mailed me legal notice today only, once think atleast now the company which was mentioned as it services means it should be registered in it council, they should have company legal a/c number, GST number, TIN number, Pan card number and different kinds of payment options but they are telling to pay through that link only so then how can we justify that it is genuine company it all false, so don't worry about if they file a case on no problem, we can also fights or else we can file a case on then through cyber crime Dept, check all the numbers in truecaller. Ask lawyer which bar council he was a member, all fake.

Today(19.July.2019) i have registered in the same company TEXTRON IT SERVICES for online form filling there is some issues on there website and data they are provided with me there is very difficult to identify letters (Capital i, Small L, Numerical number Zero 0, Small o, capital O, ) like this when i cantacted with to them with there helpline number & Mail id they are not giving correct response to mail & phone number, they have already taken Online agreement sign up with otp confirmation. They written in the agreement if i want leave/cancel the compnay/agreement in 24hrs i have to pay admine charges Rs 1200/- (twelve hundred rupees )

kindly suggest what can i do
