I have paid the bill through tez app of rs 1127. The upi transaction id is[protected]. The payment was successful but biller did not get the amount. Now i have received email from tez support that refund will be given but many days have elapsed but i have not got the refund. Details of the transaction are attached below. Kindly look into the matter so that i can get the refund very soon.
