Tez Application — I am complaining about incomplete upi transaction. | |||||
Sir yesterday on 16th of october i had made a upi transaction of 2000 to my friend by tez app. But the transaction status is showing waiting for bank but the amount have been deduced from my account. I have tried many times to talk with customer care but there is no one to talk with me the chating reply was not satisfying. From today morning i am trying to talk with npci authority but they are giving me another number in which i am trying but the call gets cut itself. I am attaching the photo of transaction.
