Tez — money deducted from account but app shows payment failed | |
I made a payment using tez and the payment failed. I made the payment again which again failed. But both the times the amount was deducted from my bank account. The money has not been credited to the beneficiary also. I reported the incident to my partner bank and also shared the transaction IDs with them.
