I have paid 1.5laks for pre-booking of a flat in tgs beijing. But cancelled after seeing the behavior of the staffs regarding the pending payment and discounts they were offering.
After cancellation they gave the check after 1-month which was 3-months forward dated. After 3months if i deposited the check to bank it got bounced. And they closed the office for going back and asking the money
