Hi,

I purchased 2plots TGS SARASWATI AND TGS Lakshmi from TGS CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD.

The plots was not given and amount was also not refunded.

I had invested 800000/-

There is no further communication and reply
The has got closed.

The Government have collected the payment details

But no response from them also.

If anybody have further details. please me know.

Collected money for the allotment of residential site in Bangalore outskirts. Signed an MOU with TGS for this purpose
with Booking form Numbers 8001 dt 18 June 2016 and Booking Form Number 8201 dt 18 June 2016.

We did not get neither allotment of land nor Money back.

I lost an incredible amount of money to a fake Binary option Brokers. It all started from a phone call and after some persuasion I decided to invest, after months of constant investment about 130k$, I decided to ask for a payout this was the beginning of my turmoil, to my dismay I was still asked to invest more. Being a Single father this really affected me and despite all efforts to contact them failed. I have booked plot in tgs constructions under tgs sarswathi project in 2012 and till 2015 there were no progress made on lay out formation and hence requested for cancellation of booking with a refund of amount rs.405000/- which was giving during plot booking time in 2012.

Now they cheated u and its fraud company and we are waiting from government to give us justice and recover our money back.

I went here to buy a site. When i asked for the documents they didn’t give it. They told to pay 2 lakhs to show documents. My friend became a victim here. He took 2 sites and paid 8 lakhs but they didn’t give the documents and also didn’t return the money. And forget about the site they didn’t even answer his phone call also thereafter. Bloody people.

We paid 50% of total property value as an advance for the allotment of residential plots. The guaranteed time given was 18 months for the development work and handing over the property. Ref : booking form no 8001 dt18 june 2016 and no 8201 dt18 june 2016. It has been more than 3 yrs since then. There is no response from this company either. We atleast need the money given back to us.

An mou signed between us and managing director of tgs constructions pvt limited dated 19/06/2016 for two residential plots under the scheme named vaibhava lakshmi vide booking form nos 8001 and 8201. As per the mou 50% of the two residential cost were paid through two cheques.
The tgs agreed to complete the development work within 14 months. Due to delay in progress of the said project, the period was to be extended by another 6 months. As per the mou, tgs should refund the amount collected from us with interest if the project is delayed beyond 20 months. Till now (Oct 2018) as the delay is beyond 20 months we expect tgs to return the amount paid with the interest as per the mou. This has not happened till this day, 9 oct2018. Hence the complaint.

Sachin Niak once CEO of MLA Janardhan Reddy’s Janashri TV.So he is having strong political background with BJP as well. So govt not taking any action on him. Sachin is only front-end. Background is different. During our hunger strike contracted opposition leadership but they are not really ready to help make the case to give it to CBI.
There is no investigation done by CID on this case. they are not able to get the information from sachin naik about more 1000 crore rupees where abouts.
they not filing the charge sheet also in this case.

In 2016 i have paid around 8 lakh to tgs constructions pvt ltd., bangalore.

Later master mind sachin naik and his partners caught on fraud case. But, released without setting amount on bail, now 2 years passed, case is with cid, also our case with madiwala police station. Till date settlement not done thought any source. We want our hardship money back.
Please cancel bail of sachin nail and his partners who in fruaud, & put them in jail, then only people will get their money. What ever property sized, please take some action at the earliest so that people should get back our hardship money. Lot of people filed case in local consumer forum individual. But, non of case disposed till time. Please help us to get our money back form tgs/dreems/gruhakalyan.

They took 1 lakh cheque and later after document verify immediately asked 3 lakh more and remain will be after during registration. I paid total 4 lakhs. Please help me from this fraud.

I booked flat in TGS Newyork in year 2015 and paid 6 lacs rupees when dint get any clue of construction start I followed up by going to their offices in HSR layouts and got to know fake stories and cancelled my booking after almost 6 months or so. they gave 3 cheques worth 2 lacs each with a date post 72 days. when i deposited the cheques they got bounced. DreamzGK, TGS Gruhakalyan all are same with Sachin Naik as owner and the case is with CID all knows about it but they are not giving any refund. How to get our hard earned money back?

I have been promised that this is a pre-launch offer and hence i need to pay 50% amount of total plot value which is rs. 8010000/- and i have paid in cheque rs. 405000 /- now i have been cheated from tgs owner and i have submitted cancellation form and asking for my money re-fund but now they are absconding and for me its really critical financial situation. I have paid 1.5laks for pre-booking of a flat in tgs beijing. But cancelled after seeing the behavior of the staffs regarding the pending payment and discounts they were offering.
After cancellation they gave the check after 1-month which was 3-months forward dated. After 3months if i deposited the check to bank it got bounced. And they closed the office for going back and asking the money

As we hav booked two plots in tgs (Gowri) electronic city by paying 8 lakhs.. Before 1 year it was told after 1 year site will be alloted but they didnt allot also and didnt return the money and a complaint was lodged in madiwala police station about the incident and no action were taken and it is told that cid took over case and the person who cheated was given bail and government is not taking any actions to return the hard earned money of people.
