TGS Constructions Pvt Ltd. — Apartment at nagadevanahalli, Mouritus project not yet started.

I have booked apartment in nagadevanahalli, TGS Mouritus project (Kengeri), visited 10-15 time about the status of construction, nothing is started. TGS staff lieing everytime that construction starting next month, within in 15 days in Dec Jan etc. I got 7-8 contact number, but no one responding most of numbers switched off.

I have paid 90% of money, I asked TGS to allot atleast project they started already or give back what i paid.

Please anyone can advice me about this what can be done further.
