I am a seller and my packages are getting scheduled with ECOM Express but they never do pickup and i only need to go to courier office and handover it. Courier partners are very rude and abusive in behaviour.
I am fed up doing complaints they have taken my vendor pickup 4 days back and not updating it. Courier boy is not responding on call 🤙 .

I have ordered a watch from myntra. Awb number is [protected]. On myntra app its showing that the order has been shipped to the delivery center but on site its not updating anything. Generally it takes 3 days for myntra to deliver anything but this time its taking alot of time. I wanted this order as early as possible. But they are taking too much time just to ship it. Please solve this issue as early as possible.

I have booked my flat 1.5 years ago and they said that it will be ready within a year but till nothing is there, so i cancelled my booking and now they are not ready to refund my amount of 5 lakhs. Firstly they gave me cheque and asked to wait for a month but it bounced again i went and they assured that they will give demand draft after 1 month but till now its almost 4 months they have not given and not even responding my calls and messages.

Dreamz GK has opened a new company called TGS ( http://tgsproperty.com/ and http://www.tgslayouts.com/ ) and continuing same cheating business of innocent people. I am a senior civil lawyer myself and I went to TGS Layouts office along with my brother-in-law for a land in Electronic City.As the prices were lesser than the market price, my brother-in-law asked me to scan the documents. I found nothing wrong in the documents and went and enquired in the sub-registrar’s office too. All are correct. I am deciding to buy land from them too.

I think there is something wrong on the customer’s side also or you are not agreeable to wait for few more months. I bought a piece of land in Electronic City and was happy with the progress of work. I made the full payment seeing the progress. It went on as per their statements. I went and checked it every time. I think they will give me the possession of the land soon as well.

TGS layouts showed all documents to the lawyer, I took along with me to their office. I went for the site visit with him and both o[censored]s booked land in Electronic City in TGS Mahalakshmi. Where can you get any land in Electronic City area at Rs. 1150 per square feet. I think we took the right decision.

My friend bought land from TGS Layouts at a price which I never found in Yellahanaka area. This made me to book another land in my name in a layout at Yellahanaka. The price was much lower than my budget. I am happy and satisfied. My friend is also happy and so I feel there will be no problems.

I did lot of searching about real estate property in Bangalore, but I never find any of them as friendly as TGS Construction site.I have seen so much clarity in their properties, they are dealing with the perfect land and legal documents. That is the reason their booking percent is going high day by day. After verify with everything I booked a plot in Devanahalli( TGS VAISHNAVI) Project.

I booked a land plot with TGS Layouts and decided to back out. They promptly returned my money after the date they specified. I again booked with them seeing their services and the prompt cancellation procedure. They are quite customer friendly. Please don’t write wrong comments as that will make the world think bad of TGS Layouts and they will miss the low cost lands distributed by the company. What are you trying to do?

I am absolutely satisfied with TGS as i got my plot and i opted for it only because of the low price. There may be few dissatisfaction areas and reasons for unhappiness but i feel it is only happening due to too much expectations and for getting the benefits. I feel the people who are opting out have to pay double the price for the same plot. They are not lucky as me.

I booked two plots with TGS. One of which i got the possession of and the other is under development.
I admit that there is a little delay but the company intimated the reason for delay and every time i talk to them, i get the proper updates. I have even checked by visiting the site and verified that what their representatives are saying is right.

Recently i purchased a plot from TGS Layouts in Kanakapura, which is preferable place for many people. TGS providing the best plots with very affordable price. The plots which they are dealing with, those are completely sizable and developed.

My self and friend booked the plot in TGS Vinayak in November 2014. While Booking Authorized person(vijaykumar.r.b) made lots of commitment towards(timelines of the project, Documentation, registration and agreement), after month+ asked for the documentation and changes in the agreement / MOU with the list, they stopped responding(we Visted more than 3 times and wrote many mails and no answer to calls), so they made few commitment again with new timelines. When they stopped responding, we visited for the final time and took stand to cancel. While canceling again one more commitment(wrong / fake) towards the money return. Which he said he will return within the 10 working days. So we stated the same thing in cancellation FORM(singed by Authorized person).

SO again new turn, Started interacting with Devika RAMA(One of the wrong fellow lady - doesn't even understand the terms, writing etc only known simple talks), so they keep on saying Complny policy etc. However they forget about the policy and commitment made by there authorized person and they keep on saying the person whom we intracted early no more working with them.

They we met Mr: Siddarth(DGM), he said you guys right and we have made wrong commitment and understanding of the situation and will sort out in day or two(on 30th Jan) after discussing with Directors. Again same old story, have to make 2 calls day(no answer), more than 10 SMS, no response, 2 mails, 2 response. End of one day(Today after 10 days) recvive SMS saying we cant help, we have to stick to what is current(90 days).

SO writing to the concerned to please help us to get our refund with interest and finalize then for not following standard's and not adhere to procedure and cheating customers. Thanks

This TGS Company is fake real estate service provider, But this people are cheated me by giving the fake documents of Sai Gardenia Hulimangala project, The project document is a Govt. Grant land and it is not eligible to sell to anyone even though they are giving false statement and selling. They taken One Lakh advance from 2months ego for providing the site documents after validating i found the document incorrect and approached to collect the advance back after 45days they have One lakh Axis bank cheque I deposited in bank the chq. got bouned due to insufficient fund 1 lakh advance as booking amount, and they gave me some useless document copy of my booked plot, and documents are not at all proper, there are many documents missed out. when i go and enquire about my advance amount they are threatining us if you give complaint you will get the advance like that they are threatening us hence i need for legal opinion. and they should got punished and common people should not get cheated from this company hence the company should shutdown

Tgs e commerce pvt ltd / tgs property / this company has many more name that can be written. They are masters in selling a land in half rates, i hope you might have noticed some ads in daily news papers. They mention that they have 30+ projects that are going on in and around bangalore its all beautiful to listen to this story. And with there mouth watering half price discount sale we have already bought there story and started concreting a dream house on it for may be a retirement plan, as what else can help you apart of the real estate growth.


Please review this fact figures, before getting into this half price sale:


1. When you go to buy anything from tgs they say that the company is in real estate business from last 4 years, but this company is been registered tgs e commerce - is registered on 02/05/2014 - according to ministry of corporate affairs.

2. The rest of the years of experience comes from, square foot property / dreamz gk / dreamz infra / and now they are known as tgs ecom / tgs property / and many more tgs names.

3. You will never get a chance to meet the md of this company, they are always hidden, as you know when you do wrong things to accumulate money the fear factory will be there where you don't have the guts to keep an eye on and talk.

4. Don't fall a pray seeing there beautiful office at hsr layout, more than the real estate staff they have it ( software) employees in place, surprised why?

5. Tgsorm.com is an search engine optimisation service, they guys make sure that non of there bad reviews are available on google which would harm there reputation, but if you are really good on the keyboard then definitely you will be able to find the traces of this company's black listing.

6. Also there is a team that keep's on blogging about all the good feedback to keep up there reputation, this testimonials are not from customers but only from there staff who do it.

7. They get into mou's for property which dose not even belong to them, nor they have any documents under their custody, jack is the owner, tom is the buyer who has documents and tgs collects money, which is no where legal under the indian court of law.

8. They promise you money back guarantee with bank intreats out any deduction, non of the reputed builders do this. Your time is money remember this.


9. Everybody in this world need money as they too, if they approach any financial institution before funding they try to value the company and based on which they fund, and also the borrowed funds also carry an interest, hope you know this. But this is not the case with tgs.

10. You will be interested in a property of tgs (Flat / villa / plot) you will make token of 1lks and after verification of the documents you will pay min confirmation amount of 25% they will have an mou with you and the refund is very much clearly written 100 time in very page like a fool. And people fall pray.

11. For instance, lets assume: 1 person pays 5 lks and there are 500 people who have booked the property i.E rs 25, 00, 00, 000/- crs are been earned without any difficulty. And the 500 people that i have mentioned is very least, when there is a half price sale most of the middle class, and business people vouch in to get the best deal and make money.

12. And this money is total interest free, and once you smell this company is a fraud, and when you apply for cancellation, either the refund is not honoured on time or the cheques get's bounced, the practical reason is as they need to again collect the money from this same method by cheating other people and then they need to refund you.

13. This company has more cancellation forms filled than sale agreement deed, note i am not talking about mou.

14. On the site visit they try to show you any sites, if its of 5 acres they will have taken about 1500 booking - please guess how can you accommodate these may people in a this piece of land.

15. At the last moment they would raise up there hands and say, sorry your booking have to be cancelled as there is no availability in the booked property as we have allocated the sites to people on first come, first basis and who have paid us 100% of the amount and then you will revive an option of getting a plot in belendoor or some tippsandra or some sandras of bangalore (Which again is a time buying scheme).


Moral of the story:

1. Sucess dose not have shortcuts.
2. Short roads are dangerous.
3. Personal experience counts.
4. Earning money is always difficult in ethical way.
5. Unethical practices ends you up landing in wrong places.

Conclusion:

Some outsider has settled down in our city and cheating us, we being localites - never resist this.

I was one among them to give a cheque of 10, 00, 000 but i found out about this fraud on time. So i was lucky not to loose any money but all others might not be aware of this, and i would like to safeguard other people’s hard earned money. This TGS Company is fake real estate service provider, But this people are cheated me by giving the fake layout bluejay Mysore Road, These people are not MOU with Bluejay Authorities. When i go to layout, the plot is allotted to some else..They took 1 lakh advance as booking amount, and they gave me some useless document copy of my booked plot, and documents are not at all proper, there are many documents missed out which is like mother deed and sale deed etc, and i am asking for documents since one month, they are always telling some stories, and they don't pick my call, still i am not getting documents what i need for legal opinion.

This Company is basically real estate service provider, This Peoples has took the money for the online promotion and Direct Site Visit, But this peoples cheated us by giving the fake customers and the timeline was Three months and They dint given Even 2 months also... i am trying to reach the people over the phone no one responding to my call.. please help us to get back our money...
