Dear sir,
Please led me know why you didn’t send me the bag which i ordered on 2 of february 2016 wich already successfully paid the same time with my visa card. The whole amount was 45, 21 euro. I do not received yet any information mail to explain the reasons why the your company did not make the delivery of the above bag.
