On 21 September 2022, i traveled from Manila to Hyderabad by Thai Airways. I booked the tickets on the Thai Airways website. The flight was operated by Thai Airways from Manila to Bangkok. Thai Smiles operated the flight from Bangkok to Hyderabad. When i arrived in Hyderabad, i found that my hard suitcase was badly damaged. I immediately filed the complaint and completed the due documentation. However, the airline still failed to provide me with compensation despite receiving all evidences. Thair Airways and Thai Smiles are blaming each other and avoiding compensation. I demand compensation of $1730+penalties for the airlines' delay in damaging my bag. All evidences are attached.
