Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Abused by bus conductor

While traveling from Thane railway station to road no. 16 starting around 8:10 am to 8:30 am on the date of 26/10/2024 by AC bus the conductor didn't ask my son for the ticket but when he asked him for the same he verbally badly abused him. For confirmation of the bus number and the conductor I have attached the photo of the ticket.
You are requested to take the appropriate action against him.

Updated by Aarif A Pathan There is no response from your side against our complaint, if there will not be taken action against the related person in reasonable time, we have no option but to go by legal way.
