In bus 65 MH04LQ 9163 on date 16 oct 2026 near muchhala college when a student was trying to board the bus the bus driver closed the door and she got stuck and fell down on road . The driver and the conductor were apologetic and were shouting . The conductor was literally consuming tobacco while on duty and was misbehaving with all the passengers. Action need to be taken against such drivers nd conductors . This is very disappointing....

I wish to bring to your notice an incident of inappropriate behaviour by your staff today.

I was standing at the bus stop mulund check naka west at 8.00am as on 20/09/2026. When the bus on Route No.85 (Narpoli To Mulund Station) arrived, the driver deliberately did not take a halt at the designated stop even the bus was fully empty and even though the Ticket Checking Officer was present right there.

I am a working women from Thane. I am facing a problem to get the bus for Lokmanya Nagar on daily basis. Why don't tmt provide more buses to crowded area like Lokmanya Nagar. We have to wait at least 45 minutes to 1 hr to get a bus.

This complaint is regarding thane station to majiwada goan frequency issue
Everyday we are struggling to catch the bus buses are never on time. It would great help i[censored] increase bus Frequency for 27 and 112 buses.

There is One more issue I would like to highlight is plz arrange new bus stop for balkumb . Due to everyday rush we are unable to catch our respective busses.

The frequency of no. 12 which runs from pawar nagar to Thane station (w) is extremely low as compared to the demand, the bus gets completely filled in its first stop itself. Horrible service by TMT....

I wish to lodge a strict complaint regarding the misconduct of a TMT bus conductor (Badge No. 81896) on 17th March 2026 at approximately 8:03 AM at Mira Road Station. At the time, a large number of passengers were standing in a proper queue waiting to board the bus in an orderly manner. I was unfairly fined ₹210 while travelling in a TMT AC bus on the route Majiwada to Thane Station West. The conductor did not come to issue the ticket before the checking staff boarded. I was ready to pay the normal fare.
The checking staff threatened to call a police van, take me to the police station, impose additional charges, and mentioned jail if I did not pay immediately. As a working professional, I paid the fine under protest...

The Bus frequency of 70 Route (Koliwada to Khidkali) & 74 (Diva to Padle) needs to be increased since the buses are very crowded. Many times just because there are no buses people have to travel by auto's on high cost....

Please increase the frequency of buses from thane station to wagle depot in afternoon, the buses are too late i am traveling daily from this bus but after travelling from 2 month their is no change the buses are always comes in 1 and 1:30 hours so it is a humble request to u increase the frequency of between 2 to 6 pm

TMT bus no. 65 regd ni. MH04LQ8722.
21st Nov, . Bus start from borivali station around 10:00 pm.
Bus is driving very roughly, lot of passengers told driver to slow down. He is not listing to everyone. He started sledging with bus driver, cab driver during overtaking.
Two time is just about to hit container truck and cab.
Sudden brake.
He is driving like his personal car.
