Most of the travelling mob is School Student and 60, % of people do not opt for tickets. Bcoz of heavy rush conductor is not able to take tickets. Bcoz of this the buses are running late and people who take tickets suffer. In addition to same the people protest if bus does not stops for longer time on stop....

As the bus timing is fixed but still 2-3 buses (Bus No 112) comes from thane railway station to lodha, and after 20-25 mins 2 buses comes at a same time. TMT is not even thinking about passengers schedule which is totally depends on bus. Which is impacting to reach office very late.
TMT should stop the bus service if they don't want to look for such king of irresponsible behavior of driver/conductor...

I am writing this to complain about bus no. 59 which travels from Tulsidham to Thane station. Today, on 21/09/2025, at 9:40 am I was waiting at the stop for the bus, the bus arrived and even when I waved for them the stop the bus driver passed in front of me. I kept shouting and running behind he still did not stop.

My complaint drive bus slow even on sunday and empty road he is running slow other buses taking over when i told them conductor told me give in written that if something happen with passengers you're responsible what's that mean if he's not compatible then why should I give him in written....

I am writing this complaint for TMT bus route number 60 (Borivali station East to Thane station West). On 10th September from night 11.30pm me and number of passengers were standing is line at Borivali station East to go towards Thane. The bus arrived very late at 12.30am on 11th September. Still all the passengers wanted to travel towards Thane side in this TMT bus as it was the last bus from Borivali to Thane. But the conductor refused...

Every morning I take bus no. 48 from Rustomjee Azziano to Cidco thane station but I get late every day because there is no bus. Due to low frequency of bus no. 48, after one bus leaves, another bus comes after 30 minutes, or the bus of the timing which I have traveled may or may not come at all i.e 7:55 at punchganga society.
I have humble request you to please increse the frequncy of bus no 48 in morning session

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I faced with the bus driver on 28 Aug 25 during the Thane station to Manorama nager bus no. MH 04 EP 0763 at 8.30 am.to 9.00 am service. I took the bus from jai mata di and took ticket and given 50 rupee and conductor asked for 2 rupees change and i given than he return 5 rupees and said wait and after few minutes when i asked for money he said you have given only 20 rupee and i am student where will i get money now to get back to home. He havent returned that 30 rupee....

Reqesting you to please Increase Bus Frequency of 89 Number bus from Narpoli to Chendni Koliwada and vice versa during morning and evening peak hours.

During morning time we have only 6.20am, 6.45 am, 7.10am, and 7.50am Bus from Narpoli.
As due to rainy season and over crowding of buses, it is too congested and tidious to travel in these buses.
The bus of these timings gets over crowded from its 1st or 2nd stop...

We are regular passengers from the Mahape bus stop and would like to kindly request a small change in the schedule of Bus No. 82, which travels from Mahape to Diva

Currently, the bus departs at 6:05 PM. We request that the departure time be shifted to 6:15 PM instead. This change would greatly benefit many commuters who rely on this service after office hours.

Respected Sir,

As it happens, this year too Thane Ghodbunder road is full of potholes, making life riskier for vehicle owners, specially 2 wheeler as during rains/night time its difficult to gauge potholes on the road while driving.

strech from gaimukh till top of hill, was worked by your team about 2 months back but now again is back to original with multiple potholes.

Why cant we make it concrete...
