Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Complaint Against TMT Bus Conductor for Misbehavior

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Sneha, and I would like to file a complaint against a bus conductor of Thane Municipal Transport.
The incident occurred today at around 1:45 PM when I boarded a bus from Waghbil to Kasarvadavli. The bus was going towards Kasarvadavli.
As soon as I boarded, I purchased a ticket. The ticket fare was ₹5, and I gave ₹10 to the conductor. He told me that he did not have change. Later, when I asked for my remaining ₹5, he rudely told me to keep the change in an aggressive tone.
After that, he started arguing with me unnecessarily over ₹5 and behaved very disrespectfully. This behavior was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable.
I do not know the name of the conductor, but I request you to kindly identify him based on the route and timing (around 1:45 PM, Waghbil to Kasarvadavli) and take strict action.
