Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Complaint regarding misconduct by Bus Driver and Ticket Checking Officer

I wish to bring to your notice an incident of inappropriate behaviour by your staff today.

I was standing at the bus stop mulund check naka west at 8.00am as on 20/09/2026. When the bus on Route No.85 (Narpoli To Mulund Station) arrived, the driver deliberately did not take a halt at the designated stop even the bus was fully empty and even though the Ticket Checking Officer was present right there.

When I brought this to the notice of the Ticket Checking Officer and asked him about the same, instead of taking action, he rudely told me that you should run behind the bus to catch it.

This behaviour of both the Driver and the Ticket Checking Officer is highly inappropriate, irresponsible and against public service duty. Such attitude causes great inconvenience to daily passengers.

I kindly request you to look into the matter seriously and take necessary disciplinary action against the concerned staff members to ensure such incidents are not repeated in future.
