Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Conductor misbehaviour

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a complaint against a bus conductor of Thane Municipal Transport.
The incident occurred today at around 3:40 PM when I boarded a bus from manpada to Brahmand. The bus was going towards Dharmachapada.
As soon as I boarded, I purchased a ticket. The ticket fare was ₹6, and I gave ₹10 to the conductor. He told me that he did not have change. Later, when I asked for 1 rupees.i did not had changed .he rudely told me to like you people we always get in an aggressive tone.
After that, he started arguing with me unnecessarily and behaved very disrespectfully. This behavior was not accepteble. Bus number MH04 EP368.ibhave ticket also with me.whe i ask driver about conductor's name they both started arguing with me
