Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Formal Complaint Against Unfair Conduct by Bus Conductor (Badge No. 81896)

I wish to lodge a strict complaint regarding the misconduct of a TMT bus conductor (Badge No. 81896) on 17th March 2026 at approximately 8:03 AM at Mira Road Station. At the time, a large number of passengers were standing in a proper queue waiting to board the bus in an orderly manner. However, the conductor deliberately allowed a few individuals, including a couple, to board the bus from the starting point and occupy seats, completely ignoring the queue and the passengers who had been waiting patiently. This act shows clear favoritism, lack of discipline, and disregard for basic public service ethics. Such behavior is unacceptable and creates inconvenience and frustration among passengers who follow rules. Strict action must be taken against the conductor to ensure accountability and to prevent such unfair practices from continuing in the future.
