Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Rude behaviour of bus conductor and mis information

For Anand nagar bus depot the conductor mention the bus destination as Anandnagar, After all the passengers have boarded they mention the destination as Brahmand.
They firstly dont stop at right stop and after passengers have boarded change the final destination.

I have attached the ticket as reference.
The conductor was wearing batch 001177
