Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Unfair fine / harassment

I was unfairly fined ₹210 while travelling in a TMT AC bus on the route Majiwada to Thane Station West. The conductor did not come to issue the ticket before the checking staff boarded. I was ready to pay the normal fare.
The checking staff threatened to call a police van, take me to the police station, impose additional charges, and mentioned jail if I did not pay immediately. As a working professional, I paid the fine under protest to avoid harassment and time loss.
Kindly investigate the matter (CCTV if available), take action against the staff involved, and consider refund of the penalty.
