Thane Traffic Police — Challan # TNCCM[protected] | |||||
This is an illegitimate challan.The vehicle in front of me went-off at the signal due to which I'd to stop in middle of road, helplessly.As can be seen in the image, there was traffic all around & no scope to "drive dangerously".
