We entered into a Construction agreement with this Company in the Year 2021.
The Project has to be completed in 10 months time with a grace period of 2 months due to lockdown imposed in 2021..
There was no hint about sub-contracting our Project in the initial agreement.. But the Director, one
Mr. Prasath handed over the construction to 3 different Contractors ...and at one stage there was no Mason at the Site at all and Column's Concrete filling was done by Steel benders resulting in slight tilting of all the Columns...
He changed the Mason team at his will and wish...
There were stops and starts during the entire project's period without the Project proceeding at a constant pace through out...
The best part about Mr. Prasath is, he doesn't bother to visit the Construction site at all...
Now our building quality is not upto the mark and walls have started to develop cracks... He never used scaffolding with independent support.. All scaffolding rested on holes made hammering all the walls... This type of Construction can never be seen in this age...
We waited patiently all through, but ultimately decided to escalate a Complaint about him and his Company to safeguard others from getting carried away by his faulty construction methods...
I request this forum to issue a stern warning to this Company and Mr. Prasath to refrain from taking advantage of Client's ignorance and building below par quality Constructions... Was this information helpful? |
