Thaw Builders, Coimbatore Complaints & Reviews

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Thaw Builders regarding their failure to complete my home construction project and their unprofessional behavior towards me as a client. I have been facing numerous issues with Thaw Builders, and I believe their actions warrant investigation and appropriate action.

I entered into a contract with Thaw Builders on 2022 for the construction of my home, as per the agreed specifications...

We entered into a Construction agreement with this Company in the Year 2021.
The Project has to be completed in 10 months time with a grace period of 2 months due to lockdown imposed in 2021..
There was no hint about sub-contracting our Project in the initial agreement.. But the Director, one
Mr. Prasath handed over the construction to 3 different Contractors ...and at one stage there was no Mason at the Site at all...
