The Artment — Im complaining about not getting my refund

We had ordered a set of 3 paintings from The Artment mid December 2020. The painting quality was in the worst state. The painting was stapled at the back on a lousy frame with staple pins coming off. We requested them for a return and they told us that our amount will be paytmed to us. The pick up happened on 30th december. After messaging them many many times for the refund- they asked us for 7-10 days to process it. I still haven’t received my refund yet! Plus their customer care services are pathetic. They reply back after days on facebook messenger. No reply on mail or instagram. They have no number where you can contact them. Never had such a bad experience with any company.

I had a similar experience where it has been 4 months now neither the product got delivered ever nor they refunded the money back to me.
Here you can see the quality of the staples on the shoe rack that I ordered. Worst experience ever !!! They never answer phone calls and they take 3 days to reply to emails and then they promise they will call to resolve the matter and then they disappear again.
