Placed an order on 2nd April 24 but haven't received till date but they have sent an e- mail stating that the order has been delivered to my address on 12th which is totally untrue . Complained on customer care but none bothered and keep shunting saying that they have escalated the issue with the courier agency .Have requested for a refund but nothing happened thus far.

Totally dissatisfied and looks like a fraud agency...

The company is a big scam and its employees are master scammers.They have cleverly say no refund policy and goods once sold can only be replaced.They advertise high end products but send cheap imitations of the same.Once you receive their order they will refuse to acknowledge that they have sent the wrong product even if the difference is clearly visible.Upon insisting, they will schedule replacement but wont pickup the previously delivered...

The company shows high end images on website but what you get is a cheap knock off at exaggerating prices The packaging was of a local light brand and quality was very poor It’s a total scam don’t buy from here...

Company boldly advertises "Free returns" on their website in front of each item and when complained about the dubious size and quality of the product received, they refused any return. This is completely a scam run by ecommerce platforms by selling off substandard items at exorbitant price when you cannot ascertain the quality of the product from the pictures. We had ordered a set of 3 paintings from The Artment mid December 2020. The painting quality was in the worst state. The painting was stapled at the back on a lousy frame with staple pins coming off. We requested them for a return and they told us that our amount will be paytmed to us. The pick up happened on 30th december. After messaging them many many times for the refund- they asked us for 7-10 days to process it. I still haven’t received...
