[Resolved]  The Big Book Box — Unethical Behaviour

I had subscribed to a book box from The Big Book Box, which is an online book subscription box based out of India. I had placed the order on 22 February 2020 with Order #228071. As per the description of the books to be part of the box, there are supposed to be three books in the box, namely - 1) Miss Austen by Gill Hornby (Hardcover), 2) Yes No Maybe So by Becky Albertalli and Aisha Saeed (Hardcover), and 3) The Shadow King by Maaza Mengiste (Hardcover). I paid INR 2, 069.10 for this box with three books.

All of a sudden after 4 months of placing the order I received an email from the team on 22 June 2020, that one of the books has been changed. Since I had paid for specific three books and am not fine with the change, I wrote back to them for a refund. But, they refused to refund my money. It's 5 months now since I have placed the order and paid, but neither are they ready to send the right books for which I paid nor are they willing to refund.
