This is with reference to a body weight loss programme which i had taken up with bodycare gurgaon ( DLF phase 1 ) in the month of april. Ever since i joined my experience with bodycare was bitter. At the time of counselling they are very sweet and lure people into their programmes by giving rosy pictures. I had given them a complete picture of my rigid weight and my limitation of not being able to continue the programme for more than 2months because of my admission process to an educational institute elsewhere. That time i was promised that i will be shown the results within a week or so. I fell in their trap so set and took the 10kg weight loss programme. The worst part being that the complete payment was one time and not result oriented. I joined the programme and was regular for almost two months. Me instead of losing weight gained 2kgs the reason for which they said was my diet ( they never provided me any tailor made diet chart as promised ). I also had told them about my inability to follow rigid diets or starve owing to dieting because of my health problems at the time of counselling. Now, because of my inability to continue the same I asked them for a refund or package conversion (no specifications regarding refund policy was made earlier by the staff). The staff has started showing their true colours. They are disgraceful, rude and misbehaving. I as a costumer feel cheated as all my efforts and money seem to have gone in vein.
Bodycare has been my worst experience ever and i wish that corporates like these should be shut down. They are hoax and no better than thieves. Now i am in a state where i have not lost a single kg, i have not been provided with any service, and yet i have been duped for the amount of the complete package.
They are Emotionally harassing people like us by laughing on our plight and stealing our hard earned money. Was this information helpful? |
