This is to inform u that I purchased more than 10000 rs item from bodycare sale and in this purchase 2to3 wollen pyjamas had stint happened after wearing only once and also i have not washed them and its ridiculous as u r saying no guarantee for purchase on sale this mean bodycare is selling duplicate stuff on Sale if my complain is not handled properly I will share this incidence online and body care site as well so do the needful

I am a client of THE BODY CARE Preet vihar branch with name MEENU SACHDEVA and card NO. 169
I took package of 10 kgs weight loss with 10 tucks.In the beginning I was very regular with my visits even then my weight got stuck at same figures(72) for more than 3 months. When I took some break as my son was admitted to hospital then they people adjusted my targeted weight without informing me.Even then I continued visiting but when I took a break for one and a half months with prior information to the centre but unfortunately I could not visit till two months but I was regularly replying to reminders messages from the body care that I will be joining soon because of some personal problems at home and then when I revisited the centre then they told me that your package has been terminated now if you will take another new package only then we will add the remaining weight loss to your new package otherwise your remaining weight loss is finish and we would not be able to give you the remaining weight loss if you will not take a new fresh package of weight loss. The manager was suppose to book my appointment with the authorised person to discuss this matter but now they people are not at all getting in touch with me.They even refused me to share the details of my card.
Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me.

This is going on from a long time now.
They have offered me the services with no result at all.
They assured 100 % results however results are just no there.
I have filed complaint before as well. But no action has been taken,
I need a refund please.

My earlier complaint ------ Pathetic laser service provided by body care.
They offered me laser sessions for chin & upper lips for approx 14k. 5+2 sessions for each. They assured 100 percent results. Forget 100 percent results were just negative. There was no reduction in hair growth. Infact more coarse hair growth is happening. They forced me/convinced me that it depends on person to person & take some more sessions for results. I trusted them & paid another 12k for more sessions. Again the results were worse. No improvement at all. I complaint about the issue so they gave me strong treatment with caused skin burnt for which i still have marks.
To compensate they offered me 3 extra sessions which i m not in favor of. They are not good in there services. I cant take any more chance with my skin. I need my money back. I shouldn't be bearing all the loss. Please help

My wife has purchased a body care services package on 25.12.19 for which we had paid rs 700 to the executive and rs 480 at the body care centre at a-15, vishal enclave, 1st floor, rajouri garden, new delhi -27 (Pics are available and will be send on whatsapp or through mail, could not be attaching due to some technical error). The date of services are valid for 6 months. Due to the complete lockdown in india, we could not avail the services which were provided and the card had expired on 24.06.2020. Now, we want to avail the services but the centre is asking for money to activate the services. I want to know if the lockdown has been implemented in complete india then why are they not extending the period of services??? Are body care not abide the law and rules of government of india??? And if not, then why should i not lodged complaint against the body care centre??? I want to know the answer. My number is [protected].

I would like to put to your kind notice that i started my hair colouring sessions in gujranwala body care delhi and the staff claimed to give 20 session in the amount paid and today suddenly even when 7 sessions are due they are saying your timespan has got over we can just serve you for 1 year in this package, you have to reniew your package though services are pending. This was never told while collecting the money that we will not serve fully but yearly. Grant me my service fully respectfully or grant me my money back.

I had taken laser sessions (For upper lips & chin - 5-7 each) from body care & slimming center gurgaon, near rapid metro station phase 1. My case was being handles by ms. Kajal & ms. Minaxi. (Charges approx - inr 14000). The result was zero, rather negative once the sittings were over. I spoke to kajal about it & she said that its because of hormonal changes that the results did not come & that take 5-7 sittings more & the result will be there. I took 14 more sessions,) (Upper lips, chin & side locks) (Charges approx inr 13000)& only 4 sessions are left & the result is even worse. Instead of air reduction, the growth has increased. They have caused be double loss - monetary, time, and more hard hair growth. There services are poor & bad. The staff is rude & insensitive.in these many sessions atleast 50 % result should have come if not 90-100 percent. Other company s are doing so well. I need a refund of my money. As it is m facing so much of issue with my skin after this. I need refund at any cost (Atleast 70 %)
Please help. If they cant give results, they should refund the money

I have enrolled for slimming.. And paid 15000 at one shot and told them.. That i am a cancer patient...
After taking 2 sessions... I got problems.. And asked them to either refund partially or convert my service to beauty...
On that note... Miss sangeeta asked me to pay 10000 more to convert the service into beauty...
After, taking that service, they started charging... High money... For full arms and half legs wax... They charged me 1300 rs.
And their service is pathetic...
One hair dresser asked me to take lipmidium service and my hair will better...in one sitting.. But had no effect.. Then i went again... He said... I will do it again free of cost... He did it...
But where is service quality...
I am frustrated... Still my 11700 rs... Are with them... I dont want to take their service... Even with free of cost...

I had brought a vest for my 7year son which had some captain america design on it, unfortunately after 5-6 washes, the design got washed away which has never happened before. Just wanted to inform you about it and as we don't expect such thing from such a organized brand. Also from your vest the brand name is getting washed away. How can you all be so careless about it?

The body care wax when we use for the first time when we use it is good but when we use for the second time the product turns out to be worst it turns into liquid i want my 350 rs refund and this is my 3 container from body care white chocolate wax turned into same condition and when we call customer care one lady una have answered she is very bad instead of helping me she is asking me to go to the same place and check with the shopkeeper well you are the one who provide me service this very bad never had such bad experience with product even customer care i want my refund infact it is your companies mistake that you have not provided proper lid for the product where as she is blaming me that idk how to use product i can't use the same product i have been using it's third container with same experience i want my 350 rs refund and even refund for my last 3 container

I ordered a pair o[censored]ndergarments from them which they got wrong item delivered amd when i emailed them to exchange it with another item or refund me.. They are not replying me at all.. As they have self courier system so how can i know wht should i do now own.. As they are undergarments they have to be returened immediately otherwise they wont refund it.. Hope u will help me in getting my prob solved as soon as possible

Heavily pregnant and the women in the shop was having a go because i put products at the top of my shopping because i can't bend down or get panthers attention because he was talking to people we knew ams was getting my purse out and she stoned over saying get it out of my bag and i told her i was paying for it and she was like no go away and don't come back would not let me explain or anything

I visited crown interiors faridabad showroom dtd. 15apr18 and brought some innerwears for my son. I checked salesman about credit card payment before purchase. He said yes but post billing he refused to accept. (Ok i had no issue i paid thru debit card) but then he denied to give any carry bag (Suggested that carrybags offer only for a purchase over rs.1000).
This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is highly unaccepted from brand showroom of a reputed firm.
Request you to please look into the matter and place corrective measures otherwise it will be very difficult for you to sustain your business in today's highly competitive market.

Body care is a reputed company and the customer who is paying much more for a good brand in comparison to other will really fedup with sich complaint of product. So pls look the matter and arrange for the exchange of product bought by me...
