Following note is to claim that even after multiple follow ups I still haven’t got any response from her or her team managing this ‘dreamcatcher’ Shop. What is more frustrating is the way the site talks about ‘delivery and return’ policy against the reality. This order is our second one from her but yet she reacts this way. Anyway we waited enough and not sure whether the product would get deliver or the refund. Either way, my claim here is to others out for not to get impressed with her site/fb/Insta pages, unless she or her team plans to stream line things.
P.s: we been waiting for her reply and order since july31st’21. If the product can’t be delivered on time, then the amount should have been refunded yet no response. Was this information helpful? |
