Despite receiving the confirmation email, there has been no update on the shipping status of my order for over two weeks. I tried to follow up via the provided order link but did not receive any tracking information or response.

Given the delay and lack of communication, I kindly request that you process a full refund of ₹3, 029.00 to the original payment method at the earliest.

Hello, I had ordered jewelry from this store on 11 Feb 2025, and not heard from them till now ( 18 Feb). I have tried reaching them via watsapp given on their website, emails and also official chat box but have not received any response. The last email from them is the order confirmation....

I had placed an order worth 4, 012INR with The Bohemian store through the website on 31st July(order number TBS7171). Inspite of trying to seek the order status a multiple time through their Instagram handle I did not receive any update(today is 29th sep, still mo response). I had also enquired through their chatbox in their website and through instagram comments, still no reply. At this point I do not know if they will refund my order or fulfil the order.

I have order for 2 dream catcher on 12th Aug, but didn’t get any update from them regarding shipping or preparation. They are also not responding to the mails or chat....

I had ordered one cluster dream catcher on 26th of July 2024. The order ID is TBS - 7014. It's been a month and I still haven't received my product. There is no update on my order. I have sent the lady so many mails and messages on Instagram and she has not even responded to my single message. The lady keeps on posting on Instagram but she does not reply me once. I have asked her so many times either to deliver the product or refund me. I have paid my hard earned money on the product. Now I feel so much cheated. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had in my life. I have paid a huge amount of 2800 rupees for a dreamcatcher and now I feel scammed. This store is a fraud. They just take your money and ghost you forever. Guys never ever buy from this store anything.

I order a hand cuff ornament but even after a month not received the product. and also they not replying any mails.

I got an email next day it is shipped. There is no tracking provided so On September 5th I texted them on instagram but on September 12th I got a reply from them the parcel is returned back to them due to insufficient address and they dispatch a new one on 20th sept

I ordered a suncatacher paying more than its worth and received it a month later, that too a damaged product. Its all tangeled and ornaments are falling off. No one drom the store is responding to calls, emails or DMS. I need a refund and even their return policies are worst

This is the worst experience I ever had come across in online shopping. I placed an huge order and they were very responsive till they got the money. After that it was complete silence.
I ordered a backdrop for a function. They said it will be here before that but still now I have not received it. They are scam. SCAM!!! Fraudulent people. Be careful when you order from them.

I ordered cluster dreamcatcher worth Rd 2050 (after disc) from a instagram page the.bohemian.store on 04/10/2022..today is 18.12.2022 and i havent received my product and nor have i received any refund for money paid..This page has ghosted me and stopped addressing my Dms, mails and comments since 07/11/2022..

I ordered a dreamcatcher on 06.03.2022 from "The bohemian store" instagram page. Order Id is TBS-3559. When placing the order the girl who owns the business messaged that the order will be dispatched by the last week of March 2022. March ended and April started, but still there was no shipping information shared with me. So, i texted her or instagram and have been texting her since then for update but to no use. She is not replying and my money is gone. It's been 2 months now. Please take strict action against this FRAUD business.

I ordered dreamcatcher from them for Rs 1140 on March 2, 2022. Before order they messaged on Instagram but after ordering no response for my Instagram messages or emails from their side. They are active on Instagram posting reels.It has been a month since my order. Feeling cheated.Please stop these guys from further cheating.

I made an order in November and it's January I didn't received it. She don't even reply. I mean man what's this?? Atleast let us know i[censored] r going to have it or not, if not we can cancel it.. but no.. she want to digest my money. NO one responding or attending to the enquiries and i have paid some 15k in full for the order in AUgust

Following note is to claim that even after multiple follow ups I still haven’t got any response from her or her team managing this ‘dreamcatcher’ Shop. What is more frustrating is the way the site talks about ‘delivery and return’ policy against the reality. This order is our second one from her but yet she reacts this way. Anyway we waited enough and not sure whether the product would get deliver or the refund. Either way, my claim here is to others out for not to get impressed with her site/fb/Insta pages, unless she or her team plans to stream line things.
P.s: we been waiting for her reply and order since july31st’21. If the product can’t be delivered on time, then the amount should have been refunded yet no response.

I placed an order on Jul 31 for 4 dream catchers and it is Oct 30 and I still haven't received them.

It has been 90 days and a quick response would have been nice. I paid the amount in full too.

40 days have passed. Yet dream catcher not received. Money paid in full. No response to phone calls and emails and msgs. Very very very bad experience. Would nvr recommend anyone to get anything from her

I placed the order for a life chakra dream catcher. Order was for 1050/. The lady sent wrong product n after multiple messages she agreed to replace it. She asked me to send back the product I received which I did immediately. Post that she has stopped responding to my msgs and emails. I am asking for refund but she is not saying anything at all.

Till date we have been following up. Now the store owner has blocked us and is not responding back.

We demand a refund and compensation in damages due to withholding the paid amount, amounting to 5, 000 rs.
