The Bohemian Store — Poor experience of ordering a dreamcatcher

1. Terrible policy of non cancellation of product.
After I ordered and realised the ignoring nature of the owner, I felt that my money is gone. With God's grace, I got some return of my money.
2. delivery charge ₹60 for even product of ₹950
3. customer care chatbox fake.
4. Messaging on Owner number is mostly waste of time as u don't get reply.
When I asked her to treat me as her costomer and reply, she said she has other works too. The customer through which your business scale, u say to them that u are busy🙂
5. The photo showed dense feathers, but the actual product has less dense feature.
6. The delivery take a lot of time, around 24 days for my product.
7. Told them to add a card with it, didn't do it.

Overall, it was a mistake to have faith on such websites. Above all the issues, the mental stress is common throughout the process.
