Ref : Your Invoice No - SI / CM-07 / 1114 dated 19/07/2021

With reference to the above subject find enclosed a copy of your invoice and the home saver appearance in my new phone bought from you.

The said model was sold to me without informing this is exclusively to be used in Air tel network. I am an existing BSNL customer and was forced to shift to Air tel. Even then I could not use the new device except incoming calls. Samsung home screen doesn't appear and what appears is enclosed herewith.

I approached your Chennai store in Anna nagar, opp . K4 police station on 23/07/2021 for a solution but in vain. In fact it was here I was informed this device is exclusively for Air tel and I was advised to contact the branch where this phone was bought.

I called [protected] on 23/07/2021 but no response . Same day i called [protected] and registered a complaint . I was told i would get a call within an hour . But nobody has called me since today ( 24/07/2021 ) 11:00 hrs . Today too no response from [protected] and from [protected] once again I was told I would get a reply within 10 minutes . Unfortunately I have not received any calls from your end till typing this.

The purpose of buying this phone is not met even after 5 days . You have put me in an embarrassing situation and your response or service is very disappointing.

I am a senior citizen and under medical support .In this undesirable situation I would be greatful to you if you consider a refund for the same.

Please be informed I have come to Chennai yesterday for my medical treatment and will be back in Coimbatore on or before 14/09/2021.

Kindly do the needful immediately and oblige
