New Earphone not working

I have purchased Bluetooth Ear phone from your moggapair branch on 19/04/2022 after purchase I went to my hotel and put the charge mode in that earphone for 6 hours after unplug the charger i tried to on that earphone but device not on . Then tody I went to your shop and I met your shop manager for this issue but he suddenly bliming to me he said that I had misuse that earphone . Your manager can't understand customer feelings. Pls tell him try to understand customer mindset. Why I wana be do that kind of thing . I won't . Now I need that earphone should be work .Otherwise kindly refund that money or Give me the replacement . Now I am not in Chennai . I am traveling to Mumbai. Kindly inform to your mumbai branch for this issue and try to get replacement from that branch .

Cash back not received for more than 180days
I purchased a iPhone 11 in the month of April 2021. As HDFC credit card has an offer of cash back of Rs.5000/- I used it. They informed me that the cash back will credit with in 120 days automatically. I’m in impression that though it’s too long it will credit automatically.but when I reconcile recently I didn’t receive any cash back.
So, I asked the same thing to your team member. He asked me the invoice and statement for last six months.
As they asked I sent it. now they are asking the slip which is generated when I swipe.
No intimation of importance of the slip while swiping but now they want that. And the way your people are asking like without that we will not refund. If it is the case let us know that.
Most importantly the way your people are interrogate how you can forget to ask us after 120days. Now you are asking.
Is it my duty to check for cash back after 120 days are is it your responsibility to credit to card.
I don’t know how these people are serving others. But it’s not my point.
Please take this complaint and resolve as early as possible.

I purched FLIX POWER BANK(PB) on 08th October 2021 in THE CHENNAI MOBILES (Ambattur)branch Rs.690 they have given me open box pic while asking they told that won't be problem but I have not use the power bank more than 2time now that PB wasn't working properly battery was drained from my mobile itself and they have give one year warranty and I ask for replacement they told that they won't do it I am ready to pay extra amount for good probuct...

while i went for shopping a mobile for my family member on 1/11/2021, i felt really bad that i bought the mobile from such a store because of the billing person, the sales person was very kind and more informative to me unfortunately the billing person was more attitudinal and very slow in billing, even though i was telling my family is having a medical emergency and i have to go early hence please kindly make the billing fast, the person didn't responded and more slow than before, then i requested the billing person at least please let me feed my name and address in the system which i can do it little fast though it was my name and address, again he shouted that shall i leave the shop and go home and will you take my place and work here
overall i had a very unpleasant experience in the shanthi colony chennai mobile and i never suggest chennai mobiles to any of my friends in future

I had purchased this product at chennai mobiles and the invoiced price was at mrp 2499/= after reaching home i just wanted to check its features online (As the content written on the box was too small for me to read) and i was shocked to see that the price online in many site were 1499/=
I called the store and they in turn asked me to get in touch with the customer care and gave their no. I called the customer care and after explaining the issue they cut the call. And i called almost 7 or 8 times after that but no one picked up the call. All this was between 3.30 and 5 pm.
Today i went to the store to give back the product. Initially, the store guy said i will take it back and checked all the items to be intact. But then he spoke to someone and said he can give a discount of 500. When i refused he asked me to speak to the customer care again. I spoke to them and they in-turn had a word with the store guy. They asked me to wait. I waited for almost an hour. And on insisting to get my refund, the store guy abruptly refused saying he can only give a refund of 500 as per instructions from his senior.
I agreed and and asked him for a copy of the bill so that i can register my grievance online. The store guy immediately said he cant give a new invoice or cash but asked me to take any product worth 500. The reason he gave was that it will create negative impact on the brand.
I was shocked and surprised that these guys consciously charge exorbitantly compared to the market and get away with it.
I don't know if i can go legally against them as the mrp printed on the box is 2499/= but i request everyone to check the price online before purchasing any product. A rs.1000/= extra for a product worth 1500 is exorbitantly high. And that's whats i'm against.
Is it possible to raise a complaint in this scenario?

I have bought a vivo v15 pro for rs.30, 000/-. When i got complaint in mobile, i went to claim warranty. But the response was poor.
They didnt even give the copy bill. These people use our bill and get the accessories and when we use the real bill, we could not claim the warranty.
So what i think is, even the online is safer to store data's and better be sure.

I bought samsung tab a7 in dindigul chennai mobile showroom before diwali. At that time of purchasing they said tempered glass and pouch will be free. But no stock now, when it's available come and collect it. It take about one month. When ever i ask they said no stock available. Now they telling i have to pay for those accessories if i need it. What a great sale. I was extremely disappointed with these sale. Please sale with genuineness.

I bought a mobile at ambattur branch (Ch -15 shop) and the device was fault so i had handover the mobile to showroom. They advised after 10 days the device was fault so we will give replacement device. After another 10 days they called to me and gave replacement device, but the mobile device kept at old box & they said this is the new phone only & not serviced mobile. How can i believe their words? If the company provide new replacement, they have to open new box (New ime no.) but here they forced me this is the new mobile & device only kept at old box. How is it possible the mobile device kept old box with new ime number? Where is it the new mobile box? And the service was very worst and treated customer irresponsibly.
Kindly validate the issue and do the favorable for me. If possible i’m ready to pay extra amount to buy the another brand device or give me the same brand but the mobile device should be kept in new box with seal.

Don's buy any accessories in The chennai mobiles, all the accessories are local brand and they will tag their own higher price MRP Stickers. Recently purchased tempered glass for S7 edge, they given "In Base" company's tempered glass which is local product and it is available in local bazar for cheap rate.
They sold it to me for 1200/- Rs. Not at all worth, it is not stick properly with my mobile and touch quality became worst.Need to press hard to use touch screen. so 1200 Rs absolute waste for me. All the accessories they selling is local product. Please beware and don't buyO

I bought a lava z 60 mobile on 13th april 2018.
The chennai mobiles show room
No 80 arcot road, kodambakka, chennai 600 024.
Invoice serial no : ch9/1818/425 at 15 : 55 hrs.
Lava z[protected] cgst 294.64 - sgst 294.64 - amount 4910.71 - 001
Total amount = rs.5, 500/=
And also a lava z 60 - tcm gold - tempered - 3926 - 1 - cgst 25.93 -
Sgst 25.93 - 288.14 - total amount = 340/=
It was with me till 20:00 hrs and they i switched it off and charged it for 8 hours till 14th april 2018, 04:00.
And from 10:30 the airtel network was not available.
I went to the show room the changed the sim 1 to sim 2, and sim 2 to sim 1 but in vain. The vodafone in network worked in both the sim 1 and sim 2 slot.
The airtel sim never worked. They tried it another celkon phone and it worked there. So problem with the airtel sim.
They said 14th april 2018 sat and 15th april 2018 sunday the service centre are on leave.
They took the lava z 60 phone to the service centre srinivasa enterprise and there they have serviced it and rectified the fault.
I want to cancel this invoice and go for another better mobile. But the staff and manger in the kodambakkam the chennai mobiles argue that i have to take the serviced lava z 60, which i am not willing and ready to do.
I want the cancellation of the above mentioned invoices and the money paid
Rs.5, 500/= + rs.340/= total paid is 5, 840/=. (Rupees five thousand and eight hundred forty) only to be cancelled and refunded. So that i would choose and go for another mobile. I would sent my family friend and my mother on 18th april 2018 wednesday 2018 to the chennai mobiles showroom at kodambakkam.
Please kindly do the needful to resolve this case at the earliest.

Don't ever go to this shop.. I bought tempered glass for my mobile oneplus 5t. I asked 5d tempered initially, but they convinced me for regular tempered glass.. 2 days later it's not pasted properly on the edges.. I asked showroom people, they are convincing me like tempered glass will not tear down. I really frustrated with service. I paid rs.400 for the worst quality tempered glass

In the pack of that mobile offer has been mentioned as "airtel 4g offer worth 4500", but when i have asked the sales person (He is a liar) he has informed me that offer was over. The sales person of samsung is not honest and he is saying in front something very polite but other side he is commanding about the customer with their showroom colleagues.
Please clarify in case of offer is over why you are selling with offer advertisement sticker.
My other bad experience for exchange of my mobile there are three guys got mobile and kept it for more than 15 minutes and informed me the exchange offer is 2000 for one-plus two mobile but nobody has checked with correct team. Some of them informed we have sent the details and waiting for reply without made a call.
They are all thinking they are very smart then customer but we (Customer) knew everything but did not act due to professional.

I went to chennai mobiles in fun mall located in coimbatore to put tempered glass on my newly bought i phone 6s. And the guy turned my phone on and connected it to his wifi!! And he was doing something very fast and i came to see that he was taking imei number from my phone. I was keep asking the guy what he was doing and he told me he is activating my phone. I asked him if i asked him to activate it. I argued with them and i came to know that he was trying to increase his sales amount. They said sorry but i dont want their sorry. I believe that this is usual thing in that shop. I really had a bad experience. Beware friends!

Had a horrible experience. Did not even care to show a demo for the product I asked. Cross sold a different one and only after unpacking I was told there were different models in J7. Immediately I asked to replace with a J7 Pro but they did not accept. Bloody Cheaters

I bought mobile (Samsung j2) along with apps daily insurance from chennai 100 feet road branch.
When my mobile damaged, i have submitted my mobile to apps daily along with required documents and fees to the collection centre in chennai - velachery on 3rd dec 2016. They've informed, as per policy, the maximum time for return of device after service is 21 days.
After 75 days, till now, i haven't received my mobile back and no communication from them.
I have called the support number 10s of times. Only few times we could reach the support executive and everytim they say that the mobile handset is in service center. Same reply. No action.
There is no escalation point provided for further concerns.
I need my mobile back immediately.

I buy a Nokia 3.1 mobile from Palakkad Stadium road Sultanpet Chennai Mobiles showroom. Today the fifth day of mobile from purchased it is too much heating issue. When I asked the showroom executive he said it is due to the updation issue you need to update the software. Is that a new mobile heat when its not been updated. Bill is not provided for purchasing Flip Cover worth Rs 380 (@Saravanampatti, Coimbatore)

Today I bought a Flip cover in Chennai Mobiles for 380 Rs. After paying money and buying the cover they said the bill will not be paid. I told them i need bill, because i have paid the MRP price correctly without single paise less.The sales person and owner shouted at me that "If do not wish to buy go somewhere else.We did not invite you" . It was a worst experience for me just for asking bill for money what i paid for. Thought Chennai Mobiles was a reputed and big network. They have proved that they are cheap and cheating government without giving Bills to customers.
Thought Chennai Mobiles will sell the products CHEAP, BUT CHENNAI MOBILES (@ Saravanampatti, Coimbatore) ITSELF A CHEAP ONE.

The Chennai Mobiles — Stupid mobile shop
This is the stupid mobile shop I have ever seen. They beg like dogs to purchase mobile and its insurance and later they say your name is not matching with the bill and registered insurance application Helpful
