I had purchased 2 saries and kids dress on 12/12/2020 at The Chennai Silks, Chromepet.
My total purchase was for the Rs 4235 and it was paid around 7.08pm at the delivery section I went and started to get the delivery around 7.15 pm where I had 4 separate bills for which they have separated the bill 157 into 2 parcels and 1 parcel which containing a saree of Rs 1995 and kids dress of Rs 450 went missing along with the parcel. I spoke with the floor manager/ supervisor Mr. Ravi kumar(near ground floor delivery counter), so he told me the product is missing so go get a new product or will refund the money. When I insisted to get the same he responded this what I can do. Also I gave my contact number and asked to contact me if the got my package. Till now I haven't heard from him. I again went to get the similar saree for my mom where she was not satisfied got the refund amount on the kids dress and came out of the shop broken hearted. We didn't even got any jute bag on the purchase. We really felt hopeless in that situation. This is not a proper way to deal a customer. I wasted my time and energy on this shop... Worst experience ever. I will never visit this shop ever again and will not recommend to any of my friends. Was this information helpful? |
