On 19 Jul i purchased items for Rs. 74 from Chennai Super bazar bill No. 242VPM69877 and paid through GPAY. Amount was credited from my account, however the merchant insisted to pay by cash also and I paid double the amount. That is 74/- through GPAY and, 74/- by cash. The staff is not supportive. Kindly look into and refund my bill double amount. Don't trouble customers lihe this

    I'm trying to followup with this for past 2 weeks without any resolution. I even sent an email to [protected]@thechennaisilks.com and no response. I keep trying to connect with "Madhusudhan" from CRM team and no proper response from him as well.

    I missed the bill of one of my purchases and need a duplicate bill. Please see the purchase details below.

      We purchased a 'lehenga' in Chennai Silks on our last visit to Chennai in Dec 22. We are from Sri lanka. Unfortunately, only after we went home, we found out, it has a very strong unpleasant odour. We kept it in the same pack with tags etc on and also retained the bill, so that we could exchange dyring our next Chennai visit.

      We visited the stores on 5th May- but the management refused on the ground that due to their system cannot accept product exchange once the particular bar code is out of the system.

      We were prepared to buy any other product- even at 3 times the original price by paying the price difference. Unfortunately due their system issue they refused. Refusal due to time bar is ok- but some system issue is not acceptable. Dissapointed!

        I had wored in the chennai silks at madurai branch, recently i resigned my job and joined to another company like an kokulam finance in that company they asked me a experince certificate for my increament, i asked to tcs hr team in madurai branch but they told me we are not give experince certificate for anybody.How is it possiable if one person worked in one company there is situation for that person to resign whatever that staff needs in his past worked company hr team must do it for empoleyee future..

        Tcs gm mr.Karthik sir plz turn urs vision to the compliant
        becoz in future it will be make a big problem for urs company...

          We visit Chennai silk Kumbakonam many times.. my no is [protected].. when we purchase some thing in your shop every time we face inconvenience f om your staff.. purchasing goods are not adequate to store in your carry bag ( katta pai).. if we ask anything the response from your staff side is make us uncomfortable... Could you look in to this issue otherwise it leads bad apperance to Chennai silk.. and all o[censored]s moved to anandham Kumbakonam.. awaiting your reply.. thaanks

            I am an incharge from a school and I discussed with the joseph sit in Y Junction branch, regarding the deal as I need 37 sarees from them, and later we took 49 sarees from them, I asked regarding my commission before giving the order, he and Nagendra said ok for that, andwe gave advance of 10, 000 we cleared the amount on 29th 40, 000, and 11250 on 31st december, from then I am calling them anf they are saying today, tomorrow, and then later, from 7days they are not even responding to my calls and messages, and talking very irresponsible, I have the respective, call records, and bills regarding the same as they said ok for my commission .
            They promised me for 10% commission.
            Please look into this matter and clear the issue as soon as possible .

              Today I went to Chennai silks Trichy and I took 8 to 10 sarees for merely Rs.10, 000 to Rs.15, 000...Before billing I went to check my credit balance score in first floor...But that supervisor made us to wait for half an hour...and he was quite rude and no response was there...more than of 45 minutes we were waiting and I asked the complaint register but no response was there and I took this to PRO but that supervisor was rude and he used some loffer words...Finally i left all those sarees and came... Kindly take immediate action to that fellow orelse i will take this to consumer court ... by Dr.Sheila Ranjan

I am bought sarees and shirt Rs 10000. your mens inner wear section staff behaviour is very very worst, so that I am very disappointed from your staff. so education the customer service to that staff. he pasted his sales sticker number is 58245 you will track this number and advise the staff.

                  Regret to note the worst arrogant behaviour of your delivery staff . I had been a regular customer since the last 8-10 years from your Kukatpally branch, recently we have been purchasing from Chandanagar branch.

                  This month alone we had purchased for nearly a lakh for engagement ceremony, gifts of sarees and dhotis for our guests.

                  Today 31/August, 2022, i had purchased Kurtas delivery slip no DS2208/UF21462 and DS2208/ UF21421 at around 5.52 pm, i requested for separate packing since, this are gifts for relatives attending the engagement ceremony.

                  Your staff handover, brown bag to do packing myself. The bags are of so poor quality that they have torn, before reaching home.

                  Even grocery shops provide better bags, you could charge extra and give better packing.

                  Second, i had complained to the floor manager in kids section, of reluctance to show kids frock for two years kids.

                  Such arrogance, may be due to my simple costume.

                  Since my earlier experience for delivery slip no DS2208/SF23442 was not so bad.

                  Hope i would never visit this showroom again.

                    With ref to the bill no 343487 lig petticoat colour fastness is very poor and it was cross stained in our hand as well hope you understand such things spoil our thing and i never understand you dont have any check point in that and we really very disappointed

                      I am working as a professor in kumbakonam. I am customer of chennai silks in the past 5 years. Also i am having my customer card. Often i have purchased in kumalbakonam. On 7/7 /22 i bought a saree in kumbakonam branch for rs.445. but that saree colour is tooo dull in normal.light. so i decised to planned that return that saree and bring it to the sareein 8.7.22 itself. But the stafffs are arguing and not admit to return the saree. So ikept the saree in the table with out getting any moneyback. Here after ihavedecided i am to ready to go to college.

                        I have spent 238 rs on a purchase. My money got debited but they continually denied... Even after showing them... They kept my product and my money both. They didnt even shoes me the cancellation slip.

                            Silk saree (Pattu) much costlier but not worth of it. There is no options for exchange in some other branches but they are proudly saying that we have multiple branches.
                            Very worst experience ever ...

                              I visited The Chennai Silks (townhall, coimbatore)
                              I went to purchase shirt in 3rd floor their after our purchase went to 5th Floor to have a look & Purchase womes tops but i kinda disappointed because we didn't purchase chudi so the attenders started talking back and shown angry face ...even thought i didn't spend 10 mintes in that floor once i find i am not gonna purchase chudi i am about to leave .

                                Respected sir/madam,
                                We went to chennai silk, vellore to shopping on june 5th, 2022 around 2pm. On returning around 5.45 pm we found our bike stand was broken. Security personnel over there gave irresponsible answer stating that stand was already rusted etc and was also trying to blame us for the mistake. Incharges over there also trying side towards the security personal. We would like to bring it your information to get replacement for our scooty bike stand. Make an enquire about the breakage of scooty stand in bike parking area. We have also attached the pictures of securtiy personal, incharges who are cool about the problem.

                                      I made a complaint about package missing in your Trichy Branch, which was returned to be after a long battle. The purchase was made on 9.10.2021 vide Bill No. 140284 for Rs. 2, 680/ .The first complaint was made on 20.10.2021 .
                                      On the same day I got a mail as follows
                                      Thanks you for the request. This ticket of the subject. "Package missing" is assigned to the below mentioned user and he will be in touch with you soon.

                                      As there was no response from Shri. TAMILSELVAN I again made a complaint on 16.11.2021. After a gap of nearly 17 days, on 2.12.2021 I got a message as follows

                                      Thanks you for the request. This ticket of the subject. "Package missing" is assigned to the below mentioned user and he will be in touch with you soon.

                                      TAMILSELVAN
                                      "CCARE" Department.

                                      As there was no response from Shri. TAMILSELVAN I again made a complaint on 17.12.2021. After a gap of nearly 7 days, on 24.12.2021 I got a message as follows

                                      Thanks you for the request. This ticket of the subject. "Package missing" is assigned to the below mentioned user and he will be in touch with you soon.

                                      TAMILSELVAN
                                      "CCARE" Department.
                                      If you look at the reply your will be surprised that there is no change in the standard reply, The text, colour and font size are same. The reply sent on 16.11.2021 was simply repeated on 2.12.2021.

                                      The only difference was different ticket number Ticket#[protected] was assigned on 16.11.2021. Ticket#[protected] was assigned on 2.12.2021 . [Ticket#[protected]] was assigned on 24.12.2021

                                      I am surprised as to how long you will mail the same acknowledgement without replying to the complaint.
