I purchased the "RUB EBS 41 COT -5" on[protected] in Salem branch and it was delivered in same day. After 10 I was noticed that there was crack developing in joint of Head side and I raised a compliant on[protected]. Based on the phone conversation and visit to the Salem branch they mentioned that "We will replace this with new one". But still it was not replaced. As per the conversation on[protected] there was a delivery near my location on[protected] and team will bring the new piece and replace it. But it not happened. I have called the TheChennaiSilks team on[protected] and the person mentioned that, he will check and update the same to me and the result is no response from him yet.
I called the TCS team today morning[protected].32AM) call was not answered. So I am raising compliant here. Will see whether it will resolves my problem or not.
Feed back on purchase:
Defect in product with in 10 day of purchase makes me to feel frustrated also the customer support. As per conversation with team if I pay the transport they will deliver immediately but the charge was around 2K. Same amount I spent on delivery as well. Now it was damaged with in 10 days and need to pay once again???. Was this information helpful? |
