I book and pay for my parcel on the 03/07/2023, and it was collected on the 06/07/2023 and delivered on 07/07/2023, but one of my parcel was badly damaged, My TV was crushed it seams something heavy fell on top of it. I asked for them to replace my TV and this is what I was told. And I'm not happy with their decision (Waybill No: 43GBTB)

we could pick up no mishandling at both the collection and delivery points. I am so sorry but you cannot claim in this instance this parcel had to be sent in original box with polystyrene. This was insufficiently packaged.
