I book and pay for my parcel on the 03/07/2023, and it was collected on the 06/07/2023 and delivered on 07/07/2023, but one of my parcel was badly damaged, My TV was crushed it seams something heavy fell on top of it. I asked for them to replace my TV and this is what I was told. And I'm not happy with their decision (Waybill No: 43GBTB)

we could pick up no mishandling at both the collection and delivery points. I am so sorry but you cannot claim in this instance this parcel had to be sent in original box with polystyrene. This was insufficiently packaged.

I ordered shoes on the 15th of December, my parcel has been with the Courier Guy since the 18th of December, when tracking my order it says it was canceled due to a hijacking, no one bothered to inform me or anything, even now I'm still waiting

We had an original artwork sent from the framers in Somerset West direct to our client in JHB, and the entire artwork arrived at the client smashed to pieces on all sides of the frame and is now completely ruined by The courier guy. The art was appropriately packaged as we always do, and it arrives perfectly fine with other couriers. It is very obvious that this package was forced, dropped and abused in transit. Our framers also confirmed that the individual that collected the piece was already shoving it around when he collected it and when told to handle it with care, he responded that he knows what he's doing. Which was already a concern. The Courier Guy's response is that they will take no responsibility as it is art work, but they are happy to collect it.

They are the worse I would never support any company that uses their services. My package was out in a locker that they can’t even get it out of. And the event I needed my package for has come and passed!

This parcel was booked in on 26 April 2022, Tuesday morning at 10:03am to be collected from my supplier and delivered to Hoedspruit today as this contains uniforms for clients starting a new job on Friday 29 April 2022. The Courier Guy failed to collect the parcel even though all the information was sent through. After going as far as arranging with Air Freight to get the parcel flown down to Hoedspruit - the Courier Guy still failed me by not getting it to the airport. I am beyond words. What's worst is that nobody is prepared to take responsibility for this mess.

The driver who was at Lismore manore at 11:49 am came to do collection at unit 30 second block from the gate security guard directed him the house but the driver said he wants to round with the complex he was asked why he said his at work so that was shocking in a way of like this guy his not like a real courier guy driver . According to security way this guy is like his here to observe the situation of the complex so that tomorrow he can come and do criminality because if he heat the complex wall he will never report to security guard. He was driving bakkie Registration number is YHX413 GP he said his name is Rudolph I know the courier guy who do Meyersdal by the name of Rhudzani he never gave any security guard attitude like Rhudolph did he doesn't qualify to work for Courier guy team/company he will tarnish ur name please help me by not sending him to our site because this I will report to the news papers about this kind of driver and am quite sure is not only me . Thank you.

A Shipment was sent out from my Business going to A company at Capetown . Collection was done on the 3rd of Febuary 2022, which was scheduled to be deliverd on the 9th by latest. this delivery was not done by the courier . I phoned them countless times trying to find out what happened to my parcel, only to find out my parcel is still on transit according to thier system and according to thier Staff my parcel is at thier warehouse. Two conflicting stories . This is not thier first time doing this to me. I requested to speak to management and I was denied. I WANT THEM TO PAY FOR DAMAGES DONE TO MY GOODS AND BUSINESS.

Good Day We (Pro Radio & Marine) Ordered Anchor Rope From Cape town supplier Booked it on the 20th of December, then Collected only on the 22nd .and delivered here only on the 30th in bad shape, the rope badly damaged, it can not be Used for the Purpose of holding a boat to anchor, it will snap on the weak damaged part. (sheaved) like it was dragged by one person on a cement /paving

I have emailed courier Guy immediately to get a resolution regarding the matter and all just claimed it got to them and send from them in good condition. This is an item my client has paid for, and we need to pay the Supplier, Client said he does not want this rope, he cannot do anything with it. neither can we.

Courier Guy has Damaged this Parcel and need to take accountability for this, Man up and contact me.

The Courier Guy (Jhb) accepted a large, expensive parcel on 12th December for overnigfht shipment to the city of Grahamstown, E Cape. One would have assumed, following international courier pratice, that it would fly or go by road overnight to PE and the following day to Grahamstown (13th ...or being generous 14th). On the 15th I went to collect from their depot to be informed that it had been sent to GEORGE... and would not arrive in Grahamstown until friday. The wybill clearly sats GRAHAMSTOWN KIOSK.

Is this the sort of appallingly typical shoddy couldnt-care-less South African service that we have to put up with? Like Sun Couriers before them, this courier will soon be out of business, deservedly so.
