The-emart — Unserviceable mobile phone set (nokia-1100)

I had purchased an imported nokia-1100 phone set on 20 apr16. The mobile phone set is not accepting any sim & got swiched off frequently. It's keypad is also un-serveceable. Plz take it back.

The product delivered by the-emart is not branded one, they showed nokia c5-03 and send an assembled one.they cheated me.so kindly request u to solve my problem.they collected 1500 rs.i want to return this product.pls help me.
