The Eureka — Fraud on Data Entry Job | |||||
One person texted on Whatsapp and He called me and said that I have been received to work on Data Entry job in company named THE EUREKA SERVICE . The job consists of Data entry where I need to complete 480 forms in 5 days. He said that the job is totally free but when the first job is done and if I achieve the accuracy the registration amount should be deducted from my first salary. He sent me an agreement on which it mentionned that If I fail to achieve the accuracy needed I have to pay the registration amount on my own. He ask me to sign the agreement which I signed. Then He sent me on email the login link, password. I started the work with caution, I verified each data entry done, but when the QC report arrived they said the majority of my work is wrong.I am sure that every Data entry that I have done was correct. And As mentionned on the agreement, In case I fail to achieve the accuracy required, I have to pay the registration amount on my own, I paid the registration amount of Rs.5000 after receiving all the details of bank that I got from an Advocate that they give.The Advocate was Arun Chaudhary. Then they called me and ask me if I want to cancel the work or if I want to continue. They said if I want to cancel I should pay an amount of Rs.25500 by online payment, and in case I don't pay that amount, I should pay an amount of Rs.[protected] per month during 6 months of the agreement. I said I can't pay that amount and they said that they will take the affair in the Court. I really need help from your side so if anyone sees this, please reply and help me. Mere saath bhi yahi hua hai.. mujai aaj call aaya sab agreement hua but stamp paper same hai bakio ke trah... Last mai koi stamp bhi nahi hai...
Same happened with me today. Few days ago they contacted me gave me the work, i’ve signed the agreement and within one day only they blocked my account, i contacted them so they said there is technical issue after 3days they provided me another link and i when i opened it again it got blocked and i received a mail that i’ve attended multiple logins which i have not done and they will goin to file a case against me they today in the morning i got a call from advocate arun choudhary and he said me to pay the penalty fees of rs5000 which i denied to pay or else he will going to send my case to maharashtra court and then i have to pay Rs97750, i asked what’s wrong i have not done anything bt they pay 5000 or by 1pm they will gonna report against me and i will get punish.

On 10th june 2020 a man called me and said that u have searched work from home job on any job portal i said yes so he asked me that if you want to do that so please whatsup me ur details I said ok.
Then I text him and then he told me that the work is of data entry where you have to fill 480 forms and submit it with in 5 days and you will get Rs 14000 in worth of it and if you faces any problem then you can contact to our customer care no. then I said ok. so he told me to whatsup me my aadhar card, photo, sign and email ID. to him.
I had given him then he mailed me a registration link on my email ID and asked me to fill it as when i filled it then the other mail came in which they gave me a log in ID and password through which i have to login to that portal named "The Eureka" with all these he also send me an agreement about which they never told me before in which they have written many terms and conditions of which they didn't told me at the time of registration then i said ok and take the work.
As when I started the work and filled 20 forms then after some time my account get blocked and a mail came that you have done multiple logged in so ur account has been blocked so please contact to our customer care. Then I immediately mailed to that company and asked them to look into the matter and reactivate my account. Also I have tried to contact to their customer care no. many times which they have given in mail bt they didnt replied.
After 10 days a mail came from the side of Mr. Vishal Tyagi in which it is written that :-
This To Inform You That, We Are From Legal Department EUREKA COMPANY Work Has Received Your Case, And We Found That Your Agreement Has Been Terminated From Our Client End. Now We Have Verified Your Case And Found That You Have Breached The Clause Of An Agreement.As Per An Indian Contract Act 1872, You Have Signed An Agreement And If You Don't Make The Payment For Losses Then Section 17 Shall Be Imposed On You. We Are Serious For Our Client EUREKA COMPANY Loss Of Their Work. Now You Need To Pay An Amount As Per Law. As Per An Indian Penal Code Section 420 Shall Be Imposed On You If You Abscond From The Situation. Now You Don't Pay That Amount What Our Client Is Demanding For Then, You Need To Pay Double Amount And Legal Notice Will Be Issued to You. Still You Fail To Pay This Amount Then, We Will Call You Here For Legal Proceedings.
SECTION 73. imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
SECTION 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for When a contract has been broken,
SECTION 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

Then next day I got a call from Mr. Tyagi and he asked me that if i want to make settlement then i have to pay Rs.5500 otherwise he will send the notice to my home address and i have to came to Maharashtra court with my advocate and one of my family member for hearing etc.
I got scared of it and then i choose to pay 5500 to him he send me a account no. On which I had make online payment and then i called him he told me that NOC department will call you and there I have to choose that weather i have to cancel my agreement or not and then i m free.
I was waiting for the call bt nobody called me and next day Mr. Tyagi called me and said that NOC department had called you but u didnt take a call and from here I a cancelling it. I request him to please send a request to NOC department for call me or send me there no. So i can call him then Mr. Tyagi send me the no. of NOC department where i make a called and asked him as what Mr. Tyagi told me to do. Then that man told me that if i want to cancel that agreement then I have to pay Rs. 20500 more because you have done 6 month agreement with us so u have to pay for that also and if you want to continue that project then you have to pay 5000 more.
Then I askes him to give me some more time because i dont have that much amount of money so he told me that you have to arrange it till 03: 00 PM today only.
When I talked about this to Mr. Tyagi about all this so he then told me that I didnt know about that and please hold let me talk to that person.
After talking to that person Mr. Tyagi told me that yes your agreement was it of 6 month and you have paid one month amount i.e. 5500 and you have to pay 20500 more to close your file otherwise I will send a notice to your Home Address and then you have to face the problem. I told to Mr. Tyagi that sir I dont have that much amt of money please help me so he said that the man from NOC department try to say that " if you will continue your case then you have to came Maharashtra for 6 months for hearing and in that you can spend about 90000 to 1 lakh so the company asked only 20500 for it and close you case.
I really got scared and i said ok. and read the agreement again in there no where i written that it is of six month.

Please dont pay money to them !!! They are just fraud they will not gonna do anything ! They just makes us scare nothing else and actually they are from gujarat not from maharastra but they telling us the wrong information n address that they are from maharashtra and we have to come to the maharastra court n all .

No need to worry.. they are fraud and don't give any amount... Everyone have same stamp paper..
Same thing happend with me yesterday.. They are asking me for 97k nd have to solve the case in delhi court.. What to do now.. Plz let me know..
