The Freaky Kart — Payment done but product not delivered even after one month

I placed an order with The Freaky Kart on 24th August 2025 and made the full payment at the time of purchase. The estimated delivery time was within a few days, but even after more than a month, the product has not been dispatched or delivered.

I contacted their support multiple times, and they responded once mentioning that the order would be dispatched by 26th September, but no update has been provided after that.

This delay and lack of response raise serious concerns about their unethical business practices. I suspect this may be a fraudulent website taking payments without delivering products.

I request necessary action to either get my full refund or ensure the immediate delivery of the product.

Cybercrime complaint has also been registered with acknowledgement number: [protected].

I am updating my complaint regarding TheFreakyKart for fraudulent non-delivery of my prepaid order.

I had placed an order on 24th August 2025 for a Digital Photo Art Frame (Order ID: 118002) and paid ₹1, 597 via PhonePe (UPI Transaction ID:[protected].

Despite taking full payment, the merchant has not delivered the product even after more than one month. After multiple follow-ups, they falsely promised dispatch by 26th September and said tracking details would be shared by 10 PM. However, even after that date, no product was dispatched, and they have completely stopped responding on WhatsApp.

This clearly indicates fraudulent intent and cheating of customers.

I have already filed official complaints with:

📢 Request:
I kindly request the ConsumerComplaints.in team to help me escalate this matter further and take strict action against TheFreakyKart for online fraud and non-delivery.

I am seeking a full refund of ₹1, 597 and request that necessary steps be taken to prevent others from being scammed by this merchant.

Please assist me in getting my money back and ensuring this fraudulent seller is penalized.
