It's been two months since I placed my order, it's still being processed, no delivery, no reply on WhatsApp, will you deliver the product or refund my amount?...

I placed an order with The Freaky Kart on 24th August 2025 and made the full payment at the time of purchase. The estimated delivery time was within a few days, but even after more than a month, the product has not been dispatched or delivered.

I contacted their support multiple times, and they responded once mentioning that the order would be dispatched by 26th September, but no update has been provided after that.

I ordered the personalised mini frames (5 set) on 3rd aug 2023 and they assured to deliver the product on 13th aug 2023. however, after rigorous followup with them over WhatsApp as they only respond over WhatsApp they stated that due to shortage of raw material the product could not be made and assured that it will take more time to prepare & will share the tracking link on 26th aug 2023 for which only I had to followed up . as I m opening...

I ordered Personalized Picture Polaroids set of 20 worth rs 149 from The Freaky kart and after receiving the payment the are not delivering my order and when i try to reach them them are not responding to me...

My product is not delivered yet and they are not responding to any of my call messages and emails . I am really worried about it

I have placed an order on 26 th January 2024 for 1 products & since then there's no update regarding the product nor there's update regarding the status of same. i have been contacting them since then but there's no resolution.
They even dont have working numbers.

I'd had ordered a product and still it's not delivered yet but payment done.
There will be no response when queries raised and won't respond for calls.
They won't provide any information about the product when asked
There will be no updates about the order and can't track the order

I ordered Personalize Tiny Frames set of 10 worth rs 698 from The Freaky kart and after receiving the payment the are not delivering my order and when i try to reach them them are not responding to me

They are biggest fraudsters. They run fancy ad campaigns and channels on various platformsto lure people in buying their products but actually they trick people and elope with their hard earned money and same happened with me. It happens show I paid them 1200 rupees for frames and now no response

I have ordered one product on this platform on 25 aug 2023 and already paid the amount also on same date but after that there is no response from there side

I have ordered the product on 22nd May 2023 but I didn't get the product yet. After getting the payment they are not responding for any calls or messages. Neither they are returning the amount nor delivering the product. Someone suggest me how to file FIR against them for frauds.

I just hope that they all will be die due to incurable disease or any horrible accident with their whole family members and children.

I reached out to the company to buy 5 mini frames, they took the money in advance(24th june) (₹399), told me it'll take 8-10 days, then sent me a message that due to huge orders and lack of raw materials they'll take a little longer to send the product or refund the amount (5th july). And i will receive the tracking id by 13th july and get my products by 16-17th july.
Didnt receive the product, they arent pickinh my calls, they didnt refund my money and they have done this to many people in the past month.

I ordered a customized led lamp from thefreakykart on 10th May and they said the order will be delivered on 18th May ...today it's 25th May and still my order has not been delivered...I have paid them the order amount through UPI ...I have tried contacting them from the last 10 days and they are not responding me ...keeping me on seen

I placed an order on May 5th, 2023 and it was to be delivered max by 13th May which they failed to do so. I contacted them and chatted with them on daily basis and they asked for an extension till 22nd May.
Yesterday, they didn’t give me any update and when I tried to ask them they aren’t responding from now on.
I also wrote the incident in the comment section of their Instagram Handle and what they did was they blocked my account😡
I would ask them to refund my payment by today only else I will file an official police complaint against them.

I placed an order on the website they asked for payment .I payed them.my order was placed .however after sometime I receive the message saying your order has been cancelled even though I did not cancel the order.they are not responding to my calls or messages.this is total fraud.this website need to be shut down and I want my money refunded anyhow

They are fraud. Didn't delivered the order I've placed a month ago and not even responding to the calls or messages.

It's been 8 days since I have placed my order, and haven't received it yet, it was supposed to be a gift for my loved one, but it has been ruined, the tracking link is showing that my order has been cancelled by the merchant, what is going on

I ordered some customized polorides from the freaky carts they took all the required payment. But didn't deliver the item. When asked for tracking link and update they would say you will get it by tomorrow but won't reply the next day.They just take your money and won't give you the product. Don't trust sites like this. I would complain in higher platforms too.
