The Global Open University Nagaland — Not received degree certificate , migration and provisional certificate

I am Shrutika completed my B.A in Arts in year 2013 my roll no is TGOU/BA/PRV/0012/G I just got my mark sheet and I am trying to get in touch with the university for migration certificate, degree certificate and transfer certificate but they don't pick up the call. I want to study further not able to because of pending documents. My number is +91 [protected].

I did graduation from distance education, but so far i have not received my degee certificate. I have all the mark sheets with me. I need degree certificate. how can i get that.
