I called on your helpline not but unable to connect. I want to job or further study as well my family situation is not good please help me please send my marksheet and degree as soon as possible first send me scan copy also courier original documents

I Manish Tiwari, I did a BS.c IT from your University (Nagaland University ), and my Roll No.TGOU/B.Sc/1894/IT/2009J held in June 2012, since then I have not received my degree from the university further to the inquiry, I have come to know that, I have to pay some fee to take my degree certificate Amount Rs.1000/- in form Demand Draft in favor o[censored]niversity that I have made and dispatch to university address also sharing you the detail and softcopy of demand draft and same has been dispatch through courier. but still, i did not get my degree, anyone response,

I have sent the packet to my university for a copy of the Degree which is urgently required of me as I have to submitted the degree copy to the USA embassy for attaining the Visa for higher education.

However, I am continuously chasing your University for My degree but not getting the appropriate answer from them it seems they are hardly bothered by the issue of my degree.

I request you kindly look into the matter at utmost priority and support me in the get my degree within 10 days to the concerned authority, otherwise, they will reject the offer to get higher education offer in the USA

Dear sir/madam, i am planning to do BCA course from the global open university Nagaland. is it UGC and AICTE recognized. is this degree valid for applying Govt or Central Govt jobs in schools as computer teacher.will this degree be taken as a fake degree after the completion of course?

I have sent all DDs in favour o[censored]niversity .and I have sent all my orginal documents to university adress. As per your directions.but still I have not received any response from your side.even you people are comfortable to reply on mail or phone.

The Global Open University Nagaland has not provided study material for M.Sc in psychotherapy as not mentioned in their University website nor any staff informed before appllicant taking admission in university and now asking 3500 rupees extra as hefty fees of 13125 rupees for first year. Earlier the applicant has done M.Sc knowledge management in year 2017 July from The same University but at that time they have not charged extra for study material. The e mail they sent before admission and after admission of applicant is also with the applicant as a proof that their words changed after applicant admitted by the University.

I had done my ba from global open university, nagaland, roll no - tgou/ba/1159/g/2007d, passing year 2010. I had send degree certificate requisition form on date 27/01/2015, pay fee 1000 draft no 588281 and migration form on same date dd no 588280, canara bank, all copies i attach now, before send these, university give notice pending payment rs 6157 on[protected], then on date[protected] dd no -452089 i paid fee (Canara bank). After that i paid all fee pending and form fee for degree and migration but till now university not issue my documents, i face problem and my carrier down plz help me

I have completed ba from the said university june 2008my roll no was ee/ba/002/pol/2008d. I have submitted all assignment and dues in time. But it now i have not received the original degree & certificate and marksheet. I have tried through phone & mail many time but no response from that side.
Please help me to solve this problem.

I sent an email asking for the process of getting transcripts, they were quick in calling me back with that inquiry, asking me to send a dd to the college.
I sent it and now even after the courier company shows me that they received it, there is no way to follow up on my request.
The phone numbers don’t work.
They do not reply on email.
I am in an urgent situation where i need the transcripts soon as i am approaching my deadline in a college for submitting transcripts.
I really need them to reply and help me out..

This is the second time i am facing this problem with the university. Their phones are either switched off or not in service and they never reply on the emails. So much trouble to get my own marksheets!
I am beginning my education evaluation for visa process and i’m in urgent need of official transcripts which are meant to be sent directly from the university to wes for verification. This is a matter of serious urgency! Last time i waited for 6 months to get my transcripts that too when i used other means of getting in touch with them. I hope the administration takes their jobs seriously as many people like me are suffering because of their unprofessional service.

I have completed b. Sc. It. Bachelor of science (Hons.) (Information technology) from the global open university nagaland, in december 2013. My roll no. Was tgou/b. Sc/381/it/2011d. I have submitted all the assignments and dues in time. But till now i have not received the original degree certificates and marksheet of final year that is third year b. Sc. It. I have written three applications and tried through phone/mail also but no response from that side.
Please help me to solve this problem.

इसके पहले भी मैं अपनी मार्कशीट और डिग्री प्रमाणपत्रो को वेरिफाई करने के लिए प्रयास कर चुका हूं। परन्तु मेरे दोनो वेरिफिकेशन के लिए फीस और एप्पलीकेशन के बावजूद मेरे सिर्फ डिग्री सर्टिफिकेट का ही वेरिफिकेशन किया गया और काफी दिनों बाद वो मुझे भेजा गया।परंतु फीस भरने के बावजूद मार्कशीट वेरिफिकेशन नही भेजा गया। इस बार मैं दुबारा फॉर्म डीडी भर कर भेजा जिससे मेरी मार्कशीट का वेरिफिकेशन हो पर वो एक महीने से ऊपर हो गए कोई

In spite of clearing my all due, so far i could not get degree certificates.

I have passed msc medicinal plants in 2013 bearing roll no tgou/pg/344mp/2011j i got the marks sheets. But original degree had not provided to me. I applied for degree in august 2018 along with documents and bank draft and university responded me to wait for three months for processing of degree. Now more than 3 months passed but now they are not giving any answer to my mails. Nor any contact number is working. Can anybody help me, please on humanitarian basis help me. I m in distress, i need degree urgently.
