Kindly do the needful to send me my tracking number for WES transcript at your earliest convenience. I have sent an email and call the Help Line number but unfortunately, fail to contact anyone or got no email reply from anyone.

Hence request you to provide me the tracking number as soon as possible.

I sent an email asking for the process of getting transcripts, they were quick in calling me back with that inquiry, asking me to send a dd to the college.
I sent it and now even after the courier company shows me that they received it, there is no way to follow up on my request.
The phone numbers don’t work.
They do not reply on email.
I am in an urgent situation where i need the transcripts soon as i am approaching my deadline in a college for submitting transcripts.
I really need them to reply and help me out..

This is the second time i am facing this problem with the university. Their phones are either switched off or not in service and they never reply on the emails. So much trouble to get my own marksheets!
I am beginning my education evaluation for visa process and i’m in urgent need of official transcripts which are meant to be sent directly from the university to wes for verification. This is a matter of serious urgency! Last time i waited for 6 months to get my transcripts that too when i used other means of getting in touch with them. I hope the administration takes their jobs seriously as many people like me are suffering because of their unprofessional service.

I have completed b. Sc. It. Bachelor of science (Hons.) (Information technology) from the global open university nagaland, in december 2013. My roll no. Was tgou/b. Sc/381/it/2011d. I have submitted all the assignments and dues in time. But till now i have not received the original degree certificates and marksheet of final year that is third year b. Sc. It. I have written three applications and tried through phone/mail also but no response from that side.
Please help me to solve this problem.

And i have completed my 3rd year in 2012 at mumbai maharashtra. I have sent all the money and required documents regarding degree certificate to them in january 2014 but not got degree certificate till now

इसके पहले भी मैं अपनी मार्कशीट और डिग्री प्रमाणपत्रो को वेरिफाई करने के लिए प्रयास कर चुका हूं। परन्तु मेरे दोनो वेरिफिकेशन के लिए फीस और एप्पलीकेशन के बावजूद मेरे सिर्फ डिग्री सर्टिफिकेट का ही वेरिफिकेशन किया गया और काफी दिनों बाद वो मुझे भेजा गया।परंतु फीस भरने के बावजूद मार्कशीट वेरिफिकेशन नही भेजा गया। इस बार मैं दुबारा फॉर्म डीडी भर कर भेजा जिससे मेरी मार्कशीट का वेरिफिकेशन हो पर वो एक महीने से ऊपर हो गए कोई

I had completed by mba in environmental management vide roll number tgou/pg/731/mba (Em)/2011d.
In spite of clearing my all due, so far i could not get degree certificates.
Request is to arrange to release the same.
I have already sent two requests to the registrar of the company.

Sent dds to tgou on 25/9/2018 regarding the pending payment of 6000 rupees (Asked by university) and for transcripts verification (2500 rupees).
Trying to know the status of degree and documents from last 3 months via e-mail but not getting any reply from their side.
Also tried to connect through given phone numbers but none of the number is in working condition...

I have passed msc medicinal plants in 2013 bearing roll no tgou/pg/344mp/2011j i got the marks sheets. But original degree had not provided to me. I applied for degree in august 2018 along with documents and bank draft and university responded me to wait for three months for processing of degree. Now more than 3 months passed but now they are not giving any answer to my mails. Nor any contact number is working. Can anybody help me, please on humanitarian basis help me. I m in distress, i need degree urgently.

I had taken admission in mph program in 2015 my registration number was tgou (N)/pg/586/mph/2013j and roll no. Was 1013 my fee payment was done on 27/july/2015 by axis bank.
But despite my several reminders and request no marksheet have been issued to me.

Hi, i have completed my graduation bca from global open university and now i plan to pursue post graduation for which i need migration certificate and also need transcripts from university, i have already submitted dd for two copies of transcripts in month of april and also received acknowledgement from university that they have received the dad's but since then did not received any documents or reply on my emails. They also don't answer the university number.

Dear sir, i have finished my btech in mechanical engineering from tgou in year jan 2012 and received final certificate on 11th october 2013, so many times i tried to contact them but there is no response from them. My degree doesn't work anywhere because everyone says it is not a valid degree and university but i had given exams at anu model school in ludhiana. It was told by mrs. Abha vig who is a fraud lady who nowadays running a school 'ludhiana public school'. She had taken 80, 000 rs as 4 semester fees from me. My whole future runs into a well. Please help me out from this problem....

My issue is still not resolved..
I have received call from mala, and she asked me to send few documents once again. I have already sent the requested documents at same day. Since then i am doing regular follow-ups with university through an e-mail, but not getting any satisfactory answer or timeline. Initially they have asked me to wait few weeks for certificate, its been more then months now i have not received my certificate.

I have tried to contact the university via phone, but phone was always not reachable and via e-mail not getting any reply. Please help.

I have sent the dd for original certificated to university dated 08.11.2014 for enrollment number tgou/pg/1131/it/2009j for msc it original certificated. It’s been 3 years now, i have not received certificate for the university. I have done multiple follows thorough an e-mail, but no reply. Even the contract numbers which are update at university site are not working, or no reply on those phone numbers.
Please help me.....
