The Golden Palms — Unethical behavior from the agent who sold us the membership for golden palms | |||||
Hi, Last year in the month of August we came across a person who cheated us and made us take a one year membership for a resort called "Golden palms" . Son after we took the membership they are not providing any services which were actually assigned to us. They are not responding to any of my calls and whenever we ask for rooms to be booked we get back an answer that everything is full. Coming August our membership will get over and we have spent 8000/- for this and we have not utilized any of their facilities. The Agent name is RAGHAV and his contact number is[protected].
