I order at 2:33 and they gave an estimation of 30 mins from then and it passed to one hour but still did not deliver yet and i called the customer support and i had to wait 10 mins to get the call with a representative though the problem is not resolved and ask me to wait for another 20 minutes. I don't know what kind of service they are providing.
Please if the delivery is not possible with a limited time range don't accept the order at all and also customers will call to solve the issue immediately not to wait for another half an hour or more. Was this information helpful? |
